My main March goal is to finish the second story for Community College Hero 2.5; it’s a D&D inspired little adventure that needs about another 10k words to be complete.

I read a little of the Scooby adventure, but I am the last person you want to get feedback for humor and I did not feel good about giving you feedback that would not help.

Okay, i’ve looked over my outline – it’s roughly 54000 more words until i’ve finished the draft, which is “”““only””" about 2000 a day. Surely I can do that, it’s basically “just” nanowrimo except i have everything outlined. I bet it’s fine.

reeaaalllly hoped no one would remember that. No, sadly, as I do with most of my WIPs I started a new one. Or rather I got distracted by my Nanowrimo project, which I got out to beta readers, and THEN I started a new one. Sorry

The good news is I have been writing every day; the problem is that I feel that all is crap. It is like each time I try to write something serious, I feel like I am being stupid, and nobody will like it. Still, I am writing and I hope to overcome the sensation, that, or this game will end in the bin. I suppose.

I did not reach my goal of one chapter & posting WIP last month (though I did get a few thousand words in between two different stories and I’m proud of my writing style which I thought would be bad).
This month, I’m afraid to make a writing-based goal because I might have to dedicate my whole month to make sure CHOMP 2021 goes well. Instead, my goal(s) will be to:
- Have a popular and problem-free (or problem-fixed) writing contest
- Complete the code for the first format of my very-own interactive-fiction engine and find a cheap way to host its stories
If you’re reading this and haven’t decided on a goal this month, I wouldn’t mind you making a goal of entering a submission to CHOMP 2021

Pff March already…
After making February’s goal I decided to go a completely different way (again).
This month I will finally have some more time so I want to really aim to getting a real WIP out.

Okay. Time to set up some goals:
One finish/finalise chapter 3.
Two start chapter 4.
(Maybe) start chapter 5.
There is just one problem:
I have 2 assessment’s due this month and one assessment draft due, back to back - has in I have the draft and an assessment task due on the same day, and I have the other task due the NEXT day.
Sometimes year 12 sucks.
In other news, my story is over 7000 words! How epic is that!?

My goal is to finish Chapter 2 by the end of this week. This is a tall order I underperformed last week but it’s within my grasp.
Chapter 3 requires a rewrite but not a lot of new writing so I’m confident that I can finish that in less than 3 weeks.
My big March goal is to start Chapter 4 before the end of the month.

Alright! Day 1 is in the books. I won’t be posting every day or anything but I did successfully meet my goal for March 2nd. Time for March 3rd! Breaking it down by day seems to help so far and most importantly i don’t feel guilty for doing things besides writing after I meet my goal for the day

I finished my English draft!!! Woooo!
Now to creatively write my but off!
Well about two hours of on and off writing and my story is now at 16 pages and 7697 words. I have manly been working on chapter 3’s climax… I swear I’m almost done with it!!! I also got to work on chapter 4, Finally!!!

My achievement today is small compared to you both, for I’ve only written visual descriptions for eye and hair colors. I’ve always been fond of descriptive writing and imagery, and I’m quite pleased with how it has turned out.

Having a lot of trouble today focusing. Maybe it’s the weather! maybe i’m just not a good writer (this isn’t true, i hope, but it’s what my brain says!) The tough days are the important ones but it’s tough plodding sometimes. How’s everyone else doing?

I am depressed and down in a loop of desperation today… I was convinced about entering a contest here until I saw the theme. There is no way in hell, I make a game in that genre for all gold in the universe.
So, no way In hell I will make anything this month I am fucking failure.

Slowly coming to a working conclusion. I atleast have an ending in mind.
