So, I know that Ruby is defined as a romance option, but is there a specific requirement (race, gender or otherwise) or is it supposed to be a slow burn no matter what?

She’s a slow burn. The most you can do in Lux is that she’ll accept a dance with you during the festival.

You do get a romance scene with Winter on day 3 at the house of Lord Imperion.To get the romance scene your MC need to have winter as RO.

I was wondering if there was a way for Dandy to stay with me. I’ve been trying to keep romancing him but I don’t know how TT. Even when I load a save from evertree, it just assumes that I broke up with him.

The true Lux romance sadness is that an MC who’s best buds with Gunther, but not romantically involved can’t romance K.

You’ll need a Sordwin save where Dandy is your companion for him to stay with you during Lux.
It’ll be obvious why in Sordwin why he’s like that.

So I played through Sordwin with a pretty good relationship with Gunther, talked him down from certain events and such. But when I loaded up a save for Lux, it seems like he dislikes me due to the way things ended in Sordwin . Is there a bug with carrying over relationship values?

Hey folks.
So I’m playing Sordwin and have a question.
Should I go all in on a single stat like prowess or spellcasting?
Will I be able to balance out in Lux? Or should I dump my bonuses in 2-3 stats to be balanced?
I’m playing a human hero if it helps. I ask cause I haven’t played Lux yet and don’t know how the stats will grow or transfer.

Summary
On day 2 your MC went alongside with Winter or Oriana to save Lady Imperion?
If it’s Oriana then romance scene will not happen.
Because to get winter as RO your MC need to have hooked up with winter on sordwin,then get betrayed by them or your MC betray them. Also your MC need to have no other RO’s so if your MC had an threesome with winter and D then romance scene will not be available.
Summary
In Lux your stats will be same as sordwin,only those stats will be reduced in which your MC’s career is weak.
For example:-
My main MC is an elf battlemage, a battlemage have spellcasting and prowness as superior stats and stealth and observation as weak stat,so when I import my MC from sordwin the superior stats will increase and the weak stats will be reduced.
Also to increase stats my advice is to choose the stat which was your main stat in evertree,then in sordwin choose the employment with that stat as its main stat,
then always choose to increase all stats after every chapter, because all stats are dependent on each other,for example spellcasting is useless without will.
Plus,in my opinion you can raise any stat to 90 if it was your main stat in evertree,you have the employment matching that stat and you know how to manage time in game.
And,you can balance out your stats in Lux by training every night.

@ThomB I can’t seem to figure out what variable you’re using for time of day. I found ‘time’, but as I progress throughout the day it doesn’t seem to change. I also found ‘day’, but while I can’t discern a pattern, I’m assuming that is for how many days until the endgame. But if I wanted to, for instance, participate in my job, while investigating the mayor’s death, while doing both companions’ quests, all in one day, which variable would I need to edit? Sorry my only question is about how to break your game lol.

So if I get a 90+ on a stat in Sordwin, it won’t be decreased but will rather increase in Lux?

If it’s the main stat of your MC’s career than yes.
Summary
As,I said before you need to have only winter as romance.
That won’t work on winter because when I looked at the codes of Lux I realised that winter don’t like it when someone flirt with them, infact their relationship was increasing when my MC was hating them on Day 2, except that 1 time in Gulbjib waste when our MC says Is it bad that I like going with you or something.

I went along with Winter to rescue Lady I, flirted mercilessly, and ended up with a 40something% approval rating.
When I go see him at Imperion’s he shifts into Orion and tells me he’d hate to think he’s competing for my affection, despite the fact that O is currently pissed I went off with him to Dree.
I’m wondering if it’s because Orion and I kissed at the end of Sordwin?
I may of may not have played both several times now trying to figure this out…

Quick question for all. I noticed that if Lux is played as a new game (not imported from Evertree Inn or Sordwin), certain characters are replaced e.g. Gunther.
What actually goes down at Evertree Inn if the PC never stops there?
(I apologise if this question has been answered before…do feel free to cover replies in spoiler tags if needed)
