Hello there! I’ve read the demo so far and it sounds promising, however there were definitely some grammatical errors in there. I saw English isn’t your first language..Is there any way you could send the writing portions in like Google docs or something? I could fix errors (or at least most of them) and send it back. Then you could copy+paste that document into the right places. I think it’d be much easier that way than me trying to explain them and where they are.
Hi i would like an option where we get to choose our powers reacting to glitch grabbing us like I don’t know breaking her arm or sending her flying away because it is stupid somebody with telekinesis who is not knocked out and also if you don’t want to add an option like that it is your game and your story
Oh, and just to clarify, telekinesis and psychokinesis are a bit different in Lab Rat.
Telekinesis is more focused on mental abilities, like influencing thoughts or reading minds, while psychokinesis is more about directly manipulating physical objects or the environment.
In Lab Rat, telekinesis leans more toward reading or influencing others’ minds, while telepathy focuses more on controlling others =) I hope that makes sense. I know normally these terms can overlap sometimes.
Telepathy is being able to communicate directly with someone using only your mind. Telekinesis is the ability to manipulate objects using only your mind
I’m not sure…I usually use a translator to look up words I don’t know or forgot how to spell, and I also search for how native English speakers express certain things. Please let me know if this is considered GenAI, I try not to use it too much.=(
Thank you for clarifying. I’ll check for no AI then
I’m terrible at naming things, so it’s probably a good idea to change it and make it more superhero-like(If it’s possible and I can think of another name, if not, I can live with it)
I think I made at least a hundred errors in this tiny update. It’s only a few hundred words, but I just have to share it because the most important setting is coming out, the Relics! I’ll fix whatever mistakes I made tomorrow and add more choices, but I really need to sleep now. Good night if you’re looking at this.
The premise of being a “lab rat” has so much potential for unique branching paths and moral dilemmas. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing how the player’s choices impact the narrative as the project develops.
