@EndMaster, on the morality thing, your first question about the “state of the world” seemed to presume that a large-scale, lucrative market for child sex slaves would require either a lot more people becoming “pedos” or some sort of massive moral collapse (more people “so far removed from any sort of morality…” or consumed by the sadism of war).

In this post too, you’re assuming it’s a challenge for child sex slavers to find customers. I don’t think that fits the scale of the global market for child prostitutes – and here I’m talking about organized commercial sex slavery, not just rape of kids in wartime. This market is just too big to be solely driven by tourists or clinical pedophiles.

I’d suggest that plenty of men who buy sex are (at best) not discriminating about how old the girls are, and (more likely) get a frisson from the idea that they’re sleeping with underage girls, even if that’s not their “orientation”. The vast audience for “barely legal” videos aren’t all clinical pedophiles or psychopaths. It’s a mass market, so is prostitution, and there’s a broad area of intersection that allows for mainstream, large scale child sex slavery.

Child traffickers into the US (bringing mostly kids from developing countries) can earn tens of thousands of dollars per kid. If the main challenge for them is not locating customers but evading legal authorities, I think it’s plausible that this would be one of the black market activities that could survive and even thrive in a world at war.

So yeah, whatever scale Neo’s imagining for the Kids ‘R’ Raped Orphanage, I still think it’s more plausible and closer to our world than we would like to think.

As for the story itself, well like I said, I wish Neo luck on writing it. Not sure if it’ll actually materialize or if he can pull it off in the exact way he wants (Even Lolita gets the freaks who miss the point and sympathize with Humbert), but I won’t judge him for it.

I’ve put a lot of thought into it, and so far I’m leaning towards “Everyone else agreed to first nuke the shit out of the US, so now Canada allied with the EU and Mexico allied with the communists are fighting over whatever’s left. But there’s still a US guerilla resistance, led by one Weorge Gashington. Meanwhile, on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, the EU and the communists are fighting each other”. Or China+Middle East, Russia+Pacific, EU+Africa, and one big America in a 4way free for all!

When they are of age (“of age” not by your definitions, mind you), they begin their next level of education, which is also part of your job.
