The one I recall is cold gun I think it was called where your a member of a eSports shooting game but yeah would be good to have more in that genre I think

There been no info at the moment, that game stick out the most to me because it has a lot of reference to Ace Academy Visual Novel lmao.

Hi! Iām the author of the WIP Knights of Evallon. I also work on Eden Hall Legends whenever I need a break from KOE. Iām not sure if the crime/mystery genre holds much interest here. Iām mostly writing it for myself as Iām a junkie for the genre, but itās always great when others like my work. Haha! I know the old adage about ānot caring what others thinkā, but if Iām being honest with myself, I do care.
Okay, so enough with the preamble. Here are some details of the game. The story is set at a reputedly haunted campusāEden Hall Academy.
You are the royal scion of a foreign nation who has been undercover since you survived the plane that crashed under mysterious circumstances over the Himalayas, killing your parents. You saw something just before the plane went down, which wasāshall we sayānot normal.
Years later, you attend Eden Hall Academy under an assumed identity and meet friends and potential lovers.
Something happens that kicks off a sequence of events which leads you and your friends into forming a Detective Agency.
You and your friends will solve or fail to solve one case per chapter. However, there are a couple of overarching mysteries. For example, one has to do with mysterious deaths that occured in the campus ten years ago and the purported hauntings that followed. Another involves a serial killer stalking the nearby town. And then of course, thereās the mystery of your parentās death and the hints of a conspiracy.
You will recruit members into the Agency. Iām hoping to include some sort of financial management system.
Unlike KOE, the ROs wonāt be playersexual. Since college is a place of self-discovery and reinvention, I want them to have their own agencies and desires. For instance, one of the ROs is from an extremely conservative household. She has been denying her bisexuality all her life. So, romancing her as male will differ from romancing her as female. Also, since you are all in the same place, unlike KOE, two-timing will have immediate consequences.
Supernatural elements might exist, but they do so in the periphery. Not all cases will involve the supernatural.
Thatās the gist of it. If thereās some interest, Iāll clean up what I have and put up a demo.

That pitch has me hooked like a fuckinā fish. I adore that cover art and the serial killer case in particular caught my attention hard, as an avid Scream fan. Looking forward to your demo and wishing you luck!

Wellā¦ The Evertree series is quite popular, then again you wonāt know unless you try anyway.
Now, Iām someone with short attention span, so crime/mystery genre is not really my cuppa. But since iāve read your previous WIP, Iām willing to give this a try.

Out of curiosity, would you play a game that had no stats? And I mean like for combat.
For example, You will have stats like a Profile with name, gender, and such. You may get the usual bar for āāJohn like you: 67%āā. But combats happen automatically. If the game has Powers or weapons, you get choices for them but no dice roll and there is no mechanism like Health Bar/Stamina/Mana.
