There is also always the small chance of the arranged marriage developing into something more down the line for straight players married to straight foreign royals, by no means guaranteed but not impossible either. Which, once again, does not hold true for gay mc’s due to incompatible orientation.
I do think even high leadership Elya would back off on at least that aspect of things. She, more than anybody else, knows what it’s like to be seen as essentially just a political tool and a marriage pawn, You sacrificed so much to get her where she is, on this, I definitely don’t see her pushing it. It helps that even a re-honored Marshall probably still wouldn’t be that much of a catch, it doesn’t matter if the church doesn’t see you as radioactive anymore, people have long memories and Nobles are still old-fashioned snobs

I havent tried running as a much bigger body type and more intimidating look gal. I know with being small, less intimidating and other factors. I keep being told I do not even come close to looking like I belong on the field of battle, consistently. To small, to frail, to womanly and too pretty were lot of comments by lots of soldiers. Mental wise, unsure how that works yet as almost seemingly a mystery. Elya said so as well.
I may try that more intimidating, bigger woman, but most likely not to see what their comments are about that type of Marshall.
Note you can be a small woman and still intimidating enough – part of the impact is in having some visible battle scars and/or what sort of eyes your MC has.

Yep, eye or cheek scar and calloused eyes gives you two points, that’s the best you can do if you’re playing short female. It doesn’t make you terrifying or anything, but it’s enough to make people nervous at least

I think that the brutal fighting style also gives you some intimidation points, but it’s been a while so I am not sure.
It doesn’t, the four points you get are the scar, the eyes, being tall, and being male and having a long or braided beard

So I’m trying to see how much of my own army can i possibly butchered. here is a tactic marshal with 23 points in levies, never have heavy cavalry participate in any battles.
Pretty sure this counts as Darin bullying.

A serious tactic play through, it seems range units rule both battles. i spent 11 points on archers and 12 points on rangers. I set up V formation in Aitiming river battle and kill them all. In final battle i focus on only harassing the enemies right flank cavalry, and here’s the report.
And btw any idea to get ‘hidden strength’ and ‘the better part of valor’ achievements?
Hidden strength is gotten by bringing back belos’ body while being a short woman

I low-key remembered nothing about the first one and have never played the third one, so between Mira and Rebecca, Mira is probably the better one, if only because as a character, she’s more well defined and comes off as more real and therefore more hateable

Nah of those two i would choose rebbeca based of the things i do recall of her at least we aint getting maimed by her herself. Unlike mira who did do so and dam you taboot i feel like i need a shower with that lol
