Hosted games/Choice of Games mobile app issue

Not sure how else to ask about this, hopefully someone can help. I’ve been having a major issue with the hosted games mobile app as well as the choice of games mobile app. When I leave either of the apps running while I do other things on my phone for too long and then try to go back to the app it erases all the progress on that play through, essentially doing the same thing as hitting ‘restart’. It’s not a specific amount of time, I’ve spent 2 days reading a story before it happened and I’ve also been away from the phone for 30 minutes and had it happen. It’s incredibly frustrating and I don’t know how to fix it or if I even can, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you made sure you have the latest updated version?
