Sometimes, I don’t know my type, it just depends on how they’re written and how they interact with the MC, the latter especially. I like confident types, but sometimes I also like the shy ones. It’s all about feeling organic for the character I’m playing as. If I feel like my character wouldn’t go for the playboy, then I don’t. However, I am a proud and unashamed “I-can-fix-you” romancer, AND I AM HERE TO HOLD THE FLAG FOR MY FELLOW PEOPLE WHO WANT TO CHANGE MEN SO WE CAN FEEL SPECIAL.

Hadrian from the Golden Rose. Not sure if Hadrian is my favourite ROs, but the way The Golden Rose writes those little romantic moments leading up to the bigger ones, definitely is my favourite of all the books I have read.

Dena and Jolon, both from Werewolves: Haven Rising. But mostly Dena. 
I can’t put a finger on why, but I just really dig him. I’ve been holding off on playing the sequel just in case his and my characters change too much, or if he dies, or something.

The Midnight Saga is a lot of fun, and Choice of Rebels is a masterpiece. I strongly recommend buying them when you get a chance.

Steel completely took me by surprise because I was such a fan of Herald and Ortega, I thought there was no way I could get into Steel based off my Rebirth playthrough but booooooy was I wrong once I learned about Spoon I was completely hooked.

For me personally
Jun from Samurai of Hyuga, Ortega from Fallen Hero, Ash from Vendetta, Adam from Wayhaven Chronicles, Ulysses (ik he’s not a RO, but come on let me daydreaming a little longer) from Whiskey Four, and Finch from Study in Steampunk.
But the one that really leave mark in my heart, truly beautifully written, is Chris from superstition, on itch Io. His character development is the first I saw in many interactive story I read.

Castle was a LI? I didn’t notice any romantic options with her whatsoever. Driver had one flirt instance, Ulysses is, well, Ulysses, but how do you even trigger her romance? How do you trigger Shonin?
