I can take her in a fair fight; let’s make this memorable. - >
I’m intrigued. Let’s try talking to her. - >
Good. She’s flirting with me. I’m flirting with her.
Thanks for the info but I finally got to do it after 3 retries screw me. I killed a whole lot of people in the first game or at least in the recap I got to do it, but yeah basically just fight fairly and flirt with her, if you act like a jerk in the beginning of the 2nd game in her fight you that won’t happen.
Now i’m gonna see if I can romance her alongside Ortega and Herald again just for fun
Also have any of you guys managed to get captured at the auction like damn thats impossible, in fact its impossible for me to get injured in this game, Sidestep is pretty strong lol.
I did finally get Mortum to shoot me and betray me at the end, that was cool
Yeah of course but I’m a coder so I don’t know exactly how it works, feels random to me. Only smart nerds and the author who are tech savvy can figure it out.
Yeah, i think if Argent asked him, he would agree ( if he is not in 5he relationship with Mc )
I bealive it was fake relationship at first, but with the passing of time, he started to have a small(?) crush on her. Maybe he never made * a real * move .
Here is the post made by @EvilChani, she shared her code diving findings.
The text describes Danny’s considerations about his past could be-romatic interests ( it happens in Ortega and Herald poli route ) ,
There are Herald thoughs about Argent, he regrets that he did not opened up infront of her and anyone else.
Damn thats some code diving stuff and yeah I guess you can flirt with all of them but can’t do more, at the end you have to choose. Well I’ll always stick with the poly route or Argent and Ortega while my puppet dates both Ortega and Mortum lol.
Btw the endings always annoy me, I dislike having to reply the whole game because I can’t wake up in the body I want, in my current playthrough when I crash my main body I can’t wake up as the puppet or rescue the puppet. Any help guys?
You could try a save editior, it is simple to use. besides, you can modify values inside every save. Just raise numbers for the puppet or do it without save editior :
your choices in the game should show that you prefere to stay inside puppet body
Hm, i know something about it , but my Mc has different reasons to do it.
I wonder, if Puppet has high individuality, that means remnants of Ace bleed through. I wonder what this means if Fakestep possesses them; will Ace still be there fighting for their body? Or did whatever was left of them die when they lost Sidestep?
I think Ace dying or living depends on how their body was taken care of, rather than Sidestep possessing their body. It’s not like fakestep will let go of the puppet.
I always let Ace get in trouble so they die one day but as soon as the choice appears to abandon the puppet I will take it in book 3 or 4. Also I thought people can develop resistance to mind control so since Ace is finally starting to awaken after all this time I doubt they want to be controlled anymore. It might be dangerous to since we would be giving the SD a lead on step.
Does anyone know how to trigger Ortega asking if you’re the villain after the crash? I know an easy way is to get Argent/Steel to suspect, but there’s another way I never figured out.
I’m not sure either but I think Ortega wouldn’t do it unless there is proof since they are the closest to step. But Ortega would be the most understanding if u don’t kill anyone
It’s hard to trigger that event. To get Ortega questioning Sidestep even though they aren’t outed as a villain automatically, Sidestep must have middling suspicious stat.
Suspicious stat too high, they get automatically figured out after the crash.
If Sidestep didn’t act suspicious enough, Ortega never suspects them.
If suspicious stat too low, making Argent or Steel tipping off Ortega is the best way to trigger that scene.
To get that scene without Argent or Steel’s interference is just too hard.
