Community College Hero 2: Knowledge is Power (Would a Game Guide for CCH1 & 2 be helpful? post 1941)

Its worth, it will raise your status :+1:, and make you more stronger

I suggest focusing on your 3 strongest stats. Your weak stats will never be strong enough to pass checks so it’s much better to improve your stronger stats instead. The only exception is getting 3 hmmm as an acrobat/sharpshooter cause you need it to pass the first breaking exam (to lure wombat into a trap)

It doesn’t do either. To get an B in the first Breaking test, you need to defeat CW (requires 3 Hmmm) and in the second Shhhh is the only stats not used.
There is no check for the raspberry.

This is useless, there is no rewards for doing it and you decrease your relationship with McCormick.

Only the Acrobat can do this, the Sharpshooter doesn’t have enough Whoosh to pull this off

It leads to a tie making it hard to get the reward from Downfall.

Actually you fail if you go for the Whoosh (which raises only Thud), the only way to win is with Thud (and it raises both Thud and Whoosh).

There is an achievement for the police thing so I wouldn’t call it useless
And about the fight against mob, I dodged then punched him with my knuckle and got a win
And yeah I think you’re right about the defense thing, I think what I did was the shield formation and not running (cause I remember I won).

Am I the only one who wanted to romance Friendzone?

All I can say is, holy carp. I just finished with my Detective/Brooding character, and I’m honestly very upset that it may be another three years before the next installment comes out… I’m very much ready to take down the Dozen and get revenge for my dad.

I can’t tell you why it would happen, but I can tell you why it should. Think about the spa and dancing scenes with Crook. Insert Hedonist. Now this could go one of two ways, there’s a Hedonist-Crook rivalry over the MC’s affections or Hedonist and Crook get along pretty great. I think we can see how both could be win-win situations for the MC. :relieved:

Oh, don’t worry, I haven’t refused either. I wouldn’t have caught that if I hadn’t been playing the game and reading the code at the same time. It’s a shame that it doesn’t get brought up again, as far as I can remember anyway.

I wonder if she ever got it back.

I guess you’re talking about the class after the MC gets their ass kicked by Wyvern? If so, I took it as the MC is probably in a bad mood, wants to take it easy, and just doesn’t want to deal with any bitching and moaning from Rain and Gladiator.

You’d only be friend zoned if you tried. :smirk:

If you try to dodge first you lose the fight. You have to either block it or use your surroundings.
And know I remembered one more thing to why the Sharpshooter sucks.

Yeah but stats are not everything either, if my character would do it that is something I will do no matter the stats

Oh then maybe it was a block. I need to replay CCH1 to check it lol
I remember there were 2 options, either to punch him without your full power (which gives a tie) or to punch him hard with the knuckle which gives you a win but is kinda a jerk move

Speaking of stats, here is a tip about stats in the second game:

Choosing your Mom is important for your stats. Every kind of Mom raises certainly stats.

Cheerleader: Whoosh and Pow. Acrobats and Detectives should choose this one (you will need 4 Whoosh later in the game).

Worrier: Shhhh and Zap. Sharpshooters should choose this Mom.

Taskmaster: Thud and Hmmm. Soldiers should choose this one.

When going to Savior, you should always go to the library and get the best nano boost. It cost $1200 and gives +1 in all stats (remember, Detectives need the 4 Whoosh).

You can do it, but it hurts your reputation with McCormick and you really should try to get get reward for the second game.

Yeah, those are the options after you block his attack.

Not an issue, I think about 'em all that time.

Insert Hedonist.

:face_with_raised_eyebrow: Interesting…

Now this could go one of two ways, there’s a Hedonist-Crook rivalry over the MC’s affections

I love it.

or Hedonist and Crook get along pretty great.

What do you need 4 Whoosh for?
I played as an acrobat and had very high whoosh so I didn’t notice o.o

@Lux_Inferni and @rose-court, your comments…oh boy. lol

I can only go SO far with certain scenes, for fear of Apple’s ban hammer. But someone else is urging the story go …umm let’s say deeper…as well. (see the last line of review)

Tress didn’t have the cutout the whole game, she sneaked out to make it when the Manipulator came to Speck. From the game:
You glance to your left to watch Tress dart toward a boarded-up arts and crafts store

I’m wondering why everyone was following my orders exactly in the Beta but everyone is listening to Tress even though I’m the leader now in release.

Damn, I’m outta likes.

@Eric_Moser Well, I’m not trying to make things harder on you and make the romances go deeper into potentially dangerous grounds. The thrust of the issue—ok, ok, I’m done, I’ll stop. :joy:

That said, I get why you want to keep things, er, Apple-approved(?), otherwise you’d lose like half your market. Honestly, I wasn’t even suggesting more risque content, I just wanna see Crook-Hedonist interactions. Especially in regards to the dating arena, they’re both relatively equals, so there’s more potential for conflict or for the weirdest friendship ever.

Again—I’m not talking about explicit scenes, just character interactions…unless of course there’s no way a Crook-Hedonist conversation wouldn’t suddenly become NC-17 fare, in which case…
