Yeah i agree too… Lapu running away was very disturbing , how could we ever trust him in future when we are doing something important ? most importantly …Tiva was supposed to be someone he tried to attract and he just ran

Most people do not know how they would react in a lethal situation. Lupa’s will to live is stronger than his desire to help a friend … some people do react that way.
The Red Badge of Courage is a classic American story that explores this issue and I think having such a character stops this from being a pure epic trope of a band of brothers saving their world from invaders.
I just don’t like the fact that flaxen hair/fur is rare and not a choice for our MC, not that fur color matters in the demo so far.

I’m attracted to females though 
Yeah same problem I like to have my characters have blonde or red hair. I know it’s not a big deal, but I like making my MC like that because they look like me so not having these colors is kinda a bummer.
I can empithize as for some reason I had a fascination with white hair so I dyed mine and I had a hard time finding stories would my character could have white hair although it has gotten better

Dena should be gender-flipping to the MC’s preferred gender. If the game isn’t doing that, please let me know.

His/Her gender isn’t determined by how you react to her specifically, it’s determined during this question directly after you choose the MC’s gender:
“In the Haven pack, youths are mixed at an early age, leaving the pups to grow and learn as they see fit. Eventually you grew old enough to consider romantic interests.”
Edited to mention: The ONLY times Dena is male is when you choose to be interested in males. If you choose interest in females, no interest, or interest in both, Dena is female.

You’ll be happy to know that both white fur and hair are available! And for Patrick, red hair and fur is also available to choose. Blonde is not available because it’s supposed to be a rare anomaly that makes Lapu stand out.

Sorry if I’m not being clear. The choices below are what chooses Dena’s gender. This choice happens right after you choose your MC’s gender. This precedes the choice about how to feel about Dena and does not initiate the relationship, only your character’s orientation.

Like all other new stories (as in not a sequel) from CoG and HG, I did not follow the development of this one. But given the fact that shapeshifters are my favorite thing from fantasy fictions, and the demo reviews I’ve read here, I absolutely cant wait to try this one !
