@Edgewen is correct. I put in the wrong screenshot! Sorry, lovelie~

And yea, no, I have the biggest dad-crush on Hades. Obviously I’d love to see Zeus and Poseidon as well… but Hades is my OTD.

Also it still breaks my heart that Saint isn’t romanceable. I was immediately like “yup! I’m romancing him first!” as soon as I started interacting with him lololol

I think most here hope for Hades to be their dad…But let us not forget that - if my memory doesn’t fail me - we will not only also meet Aeson (yeah!) but will get some infos about mother, too.

Am I the only who can’t wait to know what’s her reason to not at least take some part in parenting? Will I have to blame the gods (eventually Athena) or can I blame her? …Can I blame just everybody?

I have a feeling she was MEANT to have some sort of presence in our lives.

After all, Athena did actually STEAL us away from the rest of the gods and keep us hidden. To that end, I’m a little bit sad that Mia will only be able to see her as the woman who is her mother, rather than “Mom.”

Exactly, I know why my MC hesitates to forgive Athena.

Speaking of Aeson, is he another of the RO’s?

Sorry if it’s been asked before, but my tablet doesn’t have ctrl-F functionality.

And idk I’m playing an idealistic POS, bc I’m super idealistic and see the best in everyone. I forgave Hades and Athena like THAT. I could definitely see my Nyx thinking it is interesting to know of her mother… but knowing that deep down, Athena is her “real” mom. Hmmm, I’m honestly really curious how learning of Priscilla will pan out.

Yes, Aeson is a RO. (another reason why I’m pretty curious how he is, besides the fact that he anyway is something like MC’s (non-romantic or romantic) soulmate)

Yeah I feel you! My character has big trust issues when it comes to the gods. She starts to realize that she has been lied to her entire life, that she has a father and a mother she neither knew nor cared about, because Athena made sure that she was oblivious, and she guesses that’s only the beginning.
So she is torn between loving Athena the woman who raised her and loved her, and resenting her for actually depriving her of the truth of who she is and keeping her blind. Which caused her to loose her childhood really harshly when she disappeared. ( Ah…The damage parents do to their children…)

So I prepare myself for the five stages of grief. I am very good at the first four, and then I tend to warp back to the beginning.

Are you sure you don’t just like curling up with a bucket of ice cream?

Aeson is the “ultimate” RO. I mean, all the RO’s have their own story lines and arches and different “tones” I suppose, but his is my favorite because I love suffering. I think his and Adonis’s (and some of Calypso’s) are the most influential.

Also, I personally love Priscilla, but I can’t speak for everyone. Mostly because I know how you all feel about a certain character, and Pris is very much like that character.

I am more of a baked goods kind of gal. Ice cream is for the critical, desperate situation! Mass Effect 3 taught me that.

And then my head went :

She is like Ares? An adult acting like a child who hates our character because the PC is stronger than anyone?

Yes, ice cream absorbs the salty taste of tears much more as cookies, so you can fantastically drown in your own misery.

Earlier in the thread, someone speculated that Saint is actually your brother. Well, half-brother by your mother. If that is true, maybe your mother has a personnality similar to his.
… Oh my gods, don’t tell me there is two of them?

That’s the whole point, only when you know the taste of your own tears do you know what despair feels like!

It was me who speculated it, but now that you said it… I think it should be better if she was like Ares.

So much for me!
Do you think she would have accepted to bear a child that she knew she would come to hate and loathe for what they are? That would be heart-breaking.

Ok, now I’m even more intrigued about Aeson than already was, since his destiny is interwined with my mc’s and basically is her soulmate, yin & yang kind of thing.
This will make their relationship even more dramatic, angsty and epic, and well what can I say, this my kind of RO (along with nemesis turned lovers trope). :smirk:
