Children of the Gods (Important poll #12306)

… a collection of information on Ancient Egyptian Gods http://www.ancientegyptonline.co.uk/thegods.html (…Google is your friend btw.)

Oh, Anubis I know about. He’s the god that judges people after their death. He looks like a skinny catv that stands on two legs but has human limbs. (Like Beerus from DBS)

@Sammysam Thanks!

Since I’m kinda new to this thread and never played the game fully until today, I was wondering which ship people like the most?? Or characters?? Or people have different tastes in all of them?

Haven’t been able to read all the messages so don’t know if this has been mentioned but if you [romaced Paris] I personally don’t like how you can’t bring it up to Aeson.

So I’ve played through the demo a few times and still haven’t found out who my father is. Any thoughts?

Ship-wise, my Mia is definitely pro Aeson. Can’t shake that soulmate feeling. Adonis got knocked down from first place to second in that category. If we’re talking favorite characters, I can’t rate them individually because I’m far too indecisive and I want to love them all, but basically uncle/father Hades, Aeson, Maybe-Daddy Poseidon, Adonis, Saint, and Athena are my true crew. Calypso’s okay, but I’ve got my suspcion goggles on. I also have a soft spot for Hermes, but like, who wouldn’t?

What about you? Would love to know.

Well, Calypso has a remarkable number of fans, Adonis and Aeson, too. Aeson mostly because of the soulmate thing and the promise of great suffering connected to romancing him.

Funny thing i always have a only daddy in TWELVE playthroughs no single bug with different types of role-playing characters. My bet is all people that metagaming mess up the code variables ending with same points in two variables and causing Havoc. If you role play you have a normal only one daddy. I had the three with no issues people.

I think no one can resist a good soulmate plot. :joy: I loved Athena and Hades, God-wise, mainly because of the guardian thing and I ship them really hard. I liked Aeson above all, followed by Saint (after reading a bit I discovered he wasn’t a love interest, shame) and Calypso. I think for his representation as womanizer, Adonis would not be the most faithful one, but my MC kinda fancies him.

I can resist a soul mate hippie rainbow sugar cake stuff lol. 99% of time i do

I wish mine wasn’t bugged.

Easy just role play a character with a stat strong and not all same level lol.

Mine had the wit high stat but stil I couldn’t get the scene.

I’m not sure what happened, my wit was very high and my strength and allure were (I think) only one point away from each other. I didn’t ‘metagame’ I just played as myself in only one playthrough (two if you count me doing the same answers so I could find the precise error code for the author). There is probably just a slight bug because of the one point thing which isn’t a big deal. Just a small error that can be fixed.

Probably you didn’t kill the guy … like i did in eight playthrughs or i am just really luky.

Mm, seeing as how I am far less coding and far more frou-frou I do wonder if it would make the balancing act easier to remove the seeker’s death out of the equation:

if allure and strength highest= zeus
wit and allure= hades
strength and wit= poseidon

This would create symmetry while yet bearing specific enough decisions to get a certain daddy dearest, perhaps even nurturing the avoidance of initial obviousness.

And now the biggest issue that my lavei struggles with…Romance.
Now, admittedly there were sparks at Adonis’ introduction, literally, but going down that path might add another title to the Essence, “One of Many”. Tch. And then Forever turns to Aeson with an interested brow, and gods love him, Aeson, so OTT that both me and MC mine would either get an aneurysm from the profound and perpetual eye rolling or flee the Hel away from him like some fleet-footed god. Except we’re attached to him by a golden thread stronger than time and space itself and perhaps he’s worth it? Ah, decisions, beautiful decisions…

Hades is supposed to be the most difficult to get as father and taking the seeker’s death into the equation is a way to archive this…

But wait if we’re in love with Aeson and we have the same dad doesn’t that make us half brothers!!! Omg!!!

Have you cleaned your cache recently, poison_mara? Because I’m pretty sure the code breaks at the point you’re supposed to meet the MC’s father, regardless of your stats or choices.
If you have could you post an example of your stats at the scene to check what’s happening?
