Yep. That was my MC. And a magic-user too. A stiff wind will probably knock her over.
Rohie sure has a talent for making people speak up and write their first post
You know that if Aeson dies your character will die too, right?
Not if the Titans have a say about it. It´s a plan in progress, all right? There are still little details to work on. Nevertheless, if my death would lead to the gods´ death, I´ll drive a sword through my chest myself.
I think I prefer my MC to stay alive, dethrone Zeus and become the new King of the Gods.
Amazing update. Aeson really seem to be the heroic type, which adds to the dynamic between him and anti-hero MCs. Thankfully he is not over-the-top dramatic as I had initially feared, but more…charismatic?
Although there ARE multiple errors that I found due to the impressive amounts of branching:
- Answering “I don’t know” to Athena loops the conversation back.
- Choosing to go back to our room to rest for class > jewel kiosk/food > results in us skipping class entirely (Athena mentions this)
- The previously mentioned double daddy fiasco with Zeus and Poseidon, but I didn’t kill Alec, has Wit as my highest stat, and still got both Poseidon and Zeus as father, although the game registers Poseidon more.
- I am also not sure if the history lesson changes depending on Leon siding with Trojans or Spartans.
- Minor thing about inventory in stat page Inventory: You are carrying nothing, Eyes of Aletheia
Looking forward to the dance, food and poker at the prom for the last parts of Chapter 7
They could but usually don’t go together. And it is a terrible way to limit role-playing, like a lot. My characters normally are not choleric, FAR from it, they are charming and sarcastic. But in here if I have to he charming I have to be a Hippie ponie with rainbow wings. That limited 100% my possibilities of replay. If you want to be a blunt good person with a heart of gold you can’t, you have to he a terrible ass who hates everything. You want to be a bad person who is charismatic, you can’t you have to bw an optimistic peace maker. No option to be sarcastic and charming… blunt and optimistic etc… All limited
I’d say we already have plenty of choices compared to other games. You can just tweak your head-cannon a bit if you want. Adopt the sarcasm but not the anger, etc
wait a minute, did I read that right? Demeter is sponsoring 2 demigods? and I almost screamed when Zeus stood up for Saint. Aw yis, that’s my boy. Although I’m still kinda jealous of Aeson…
However it does seem weird that my MC, with Stength as his weakest stat, is claimed by Poseidon as he says “I claim you as my own in strength”…
I can sympathize about having your role-playing opportunities limited, but it would extend the project to ridiculous times @Rohie tried to accommodate that. It’s a shame if it limits your role-playing, but other people won’t have that problem.
I just appreciate the fact game tries to include a few different traits.
You can’t, the options link the emotions not only in the stats menu and how npcs react to them. Text say I ak ponies and rainbows smiling and happy if I am charismatic. And how anger and frustrated I am in sarcastic, when I want just tell a joke!! This is Fallout 4 diaalogue wheel !!!
I just wish there were choices to lie on the more important things. Like you could tell Athena you trust her but you really don’t.
I like being sneaky.
Then I just want a plain zero emotions plain answers . Because all combination possible here are against me lol. I am just saying nope nope nope that’s not how my character feel from anyone of them.
Bah, I’m gonna cave and make a Seeker-killing MC
NOOOO! Be strong!
Seriously you should try it once though.
My head-cannon hinged on Hades being the dad. I was all set to start smiting fools with the Bident and whatnot (but this will likely lock Sage out as an RO…)
I’ll try it and see which one is better
I feel you! Mine was like that too.
And add to that the fact that my MC who is the puniest person around becomes the daughter of Poseidon, and you’re in for a good laught!
But I am not sure I want to kill (even a fictionnal character) just to have the father I want.
It could be for self defense…
But then does this mean Poseidon won’t have a child? O’ll find out so no spoilers
Edit: Ah dang, now Aunt Alice is disappointed in me
I also got the two dads thing, and when I went to visit Aeson in the hospital directly after he’s introduced he reacted like Athena was there with the “i cant believe she really left” even though she wasnt and she appears to pick up like she had been there all along.
Also the room roomate’s gender switched in the end, they started to refer to her as him
btw, loving this
I got blank space for the initial father reveal and it just skipped over my claiming at the ceremony (so no father). Here are my stats:
But I really enjoyed the update otherwise
Thou shalt not tempt me!
Poetically enough, he hasn’t the strength to stop some of his children from going back in time with their shiny new murder knives.
