I’ve either got to go with Life of a Wizard or Choice of Kung-Fu. Both of them are somewhat linear, but just the freedom it gives you in terms of options and the way the stories play out. Those two are the only ones I can go back and play at any point and still really, genuinely enjoy.
I think my top two are Zombie Exodus and Affairs of the Court. ZE has such fantastic characters and immerse writing, and is probably the best game at making me feel like a total badass. AotC, on the other hand, let’s me get out all of girly energy without having to read a romance novel.
The Seven Winds will always be the game that actually got me to join the forums. I wish it was finished. I wish Tenryu would return. I hope he’s okay.
I love Havenstone’s Choice of Rebels and CS_Closet’s Resonance.
Actually there’s an awful lot of work in progresses which I’ve enjoyed, too many to list since if I try I’ll bet I’ll still forget one.
Of the site, I think Zombie Exodus, Paradox Factor, Apex Patrol, Life of a Wizard, Waywalker’s University, of the Hosted Games are great.
Of the official games, I love Choice of the Dragon, and Slammed! I’m also fond of Heroes Rise 1&2. I had fun with Vampire, Romance and Broadsides.
not completed, my favorite would have to be sandstorm’s “the outbreak.” love the concept.
of the site, my favorite was life of a wizard. hands down. the only one i could actually play over and over and over again. so much diversity, i probably STILL haven’t found all the content, and i got the game well over 3 months ago.
offical games, thats pretty tough. most of them are pretty mellow, but i’d have to say choice of broadsides.

Zombie Exodus, Choice of Rebels, and Sabers of Infinity are may favorite.Although i did just play Vendetta and I really wish it was still being worked on.
@FairyGodFeather, of course, how could I forget Seven Winds? Excellent stats and very playable, even only from what I could observe in the first chapter. And it also had an interesting plot that probably won’t be finished…
Now, if only someone could start rewriting stories like that in fanfiction style…

Zombie exodus would be my favorite of the bunch and well Choice of zombies i know your thinking its just because of the zombies but it isn’t i find them both to be well written and a thrill ride in print

Just got some great news on Vendetta. I and a few friends have emailed him and I just got an email back from Bob today saying that he’ll create a new forum topic as soon as the updated demo is ready. Like everyone else, I’m glad to get confermation of this.
A couple of weeks ago Vendetta posted on his facebook page that he’ll be resuming work on vendetta soon. So I’m really excited for Vendetta to come back.
Choice of the Dragon and Choice of Broadsides were the first from COG that I played, so I think those two are the my personal favorites.

Vendetta is returning?!?!? That’s great news! Now if only the author of Seven Wonders would return as well. Those two games had such incredible potential, and both were approaching a point where they could be published. In Vendetta’s case it would have been as part 1 of a series, kind of like Zombie Exodus, while in the case of Seven Wonders, it would have been as a complete game.

I think Choice of vampire is pretty good but judging by the comments on the version 2 I’m having second thought on buying the game any comments regarding this is it worth it if I buy the game or should I skip to volume 3
