As a fellow fan of Re:Creators andas someone who likes Overlord (since this gives me soms slight vibes) I am very interested in this! Some short criticisms are to be given of course, though I am not at all experienced in writing CYOA stories so take my suggestions with a grain of salt if you will, anyways:
The prologue is a good start, I like that we seem to have a bit more choice as to our MC’s personalities and that they are not the typical bland personality less Isekai protagonist. My only criticism however is a thing that I thought I’ll have in the prologue is a little more freedom in dictating how the lore of this fantasy world works. Like, maybe I am just expecting something else when playing this if you are planning on making the story more linear, which is fine by me since I love Samurai Hyuga, but if you are more open to choice, maybe have us give additional lore to say the lore of the Goblins and the culture we’ve developed for them. Maybe even the specific powers of our God MC, which could be reflected by the stats (more on that later), like are they the type of Underworld God that smites people with fire or have them die a slow death with ice? Kinda like the way the first cataclysm happened.
Other than that, I felt like the pacing of the prologue is kinda rushed. Like, maybe give us a spefific reason why the MC is forced to join the club in the first place? Or their relationship with the club members? But I’m also fine with us just meeting them for the first time in the prologues since we can expand on their relationship with us as Gods ala Aether: Life of a God style though more fleshed out hopefully.
As for stats, like I said, it may dictate what shall be our powers. It can also write down the way people sees us and if they view us as someone to be feared or admire, something like Fear/Adoration maybe? It also expands on the idea of possibly playing as a pretty chill Good aligned God despite the whole being God of death thing, maybe something like Benevolent/Malevolent.
That is all I can say for now. If people akready told you these or that you already have ideas simillar to what I said then you can just ignore me. I am still looking forward for this though since you did had me quickly hooked in the premise and would love to see it expand. This is coming from someone who does not enjoy Isekai as a genre much. Anyways, at least keep enjoying what you’re writing ok

Fair point but of course we could always speculate what it will be like when the people realize the mc has returned.
I have an idea on how to get around the no creating rule after all it never said you can’t alter something already existing hence adding pain and goblins could have been one of the other races you twisted to reflect what you wanted

If we can corrupt ourselves so we can create new races from other existing right?
I believe we can do that, but also I think there are already corrupt versions of each race that are ostracized, like dark elves and such.
