Alternate Chapter 2 beginning in app version

I’ve noticed that in the online version, you can (for a small fee) choose to have a Life Mage child as an alternate beginning to chapter 2. I believe there are other options for both chapter 2 and chapter 3. However, the app (Google Chrome) version does not seem to offer these options.

Can anyone help me with this?

I’m just waiting for this game to be put on Steam. I already own it on Google, but I’d love to add this to my Steam Library.
