I have never had her stay above 60… until just now. So I retract my earlier note on the subject. That said, I kept her at 83 (from 92, which is 10 more than I ever achieved). The main change was playing with expert level empathy, although I suspect the superior level would have worked too.

Choose the city origin. You’ll meet her on day 2 before Jillian and Lyle would show up.

Is anyone have or know perfect run guide for teenager and its romantic interests?.
this is a Roleplaying game there is no perfect anything. All depends in your motivations. Same for romances There is no pure perfectly one then you are assuming rest is bad a game as deep as this one doesn’t categorize so easily

Okay then no need to be perfect. Just one that got me unlock the most romantic interests list when being asked who interested into in part 2.
This is no groceries list and as a teen, you have fewer romance options as you are minor My advice is chill enjoy the game as a character and experiment a little this is not a race to have all romances same time as a bundle.
But I am sure there are several guides use the search in the forum to look

Are you trying to have the max number of romance options at once, or just trying to figure out the best route for individual ROs?

The teen gets Madison, Rachel, Jillian, Bailey and Kelly.
Madison- automatic
Rachel- apply interest when you meet
Jillian- reason when she asks to tag along to school
Bailey- after getting back from school go to Rachel and catch up Bailey
Kelly- go to the convinience store come back, Woody tells you the Makarovs broke in or tried to brake in, go to their house for payback, you’ll encounter Kelly and tell her she can stay at your place with the reasoning that she’s hot.
It doesn’t have to be exactluly like this but it worked for me.

Both of it. I try to gain the max number but I never got it so maybe if i can figure out the most efficient way to get them i think i can get the max number of RO. Also thank you for answering
Thank you. RO guide is pretty rare and hard to found for this game and it’s not only for the the teenager but also for other character background because some RO can only being accessed by specific background. So thank you for this guide this really help me out. 
None of the ROs are background-locked (except Madison and Brody, but that will change in Part 3).
But i can’t romance gina as teenager @Snowflower
Most of the ROs that aren’t Madison, Brody, or Jaime (maybe Tommy and Bailey as well) are locked to teenagers until part 3. Teen!MC can show interest, but not enter a romance at this time.

I said that Tommy and Bailey are available to teenagers (along with Maddie, Brody, and Jaime). I know that Tommy and Bailey are available to everyone (of compatible orientation, in Tommy’s case).

Gina joins after you choose and is only available for a threeway with Jillian.
@Snowflower Jaime, Tommy and Bailey are available for everyone, the only ones that are background locked are like you said before Madison and Brody. As to what to do idk I’m only interested in women so I don’t bother checking out the guys.
@essay715 Can’t say about Woody and Lopez, but Kelly is available for teens.
