Wizardry Level C Walkthroughs

Hi All,

Because I’ve been asked I’m putting up some walk throughs for Wizardry Level C for anyone else who’s interested as well. I’m going to “/spoiler” them because obviously they contain spoilers for anyone wanting to find the endings themselves. There’s more endings than this, I’ve misplaced my book with the flow chart for this story so having to make them up from scratch again and will add to the list as I do it. (Bet you anything the book turns up as soon as I write them all down :wink: ) Anyway I’ll try to indicate what endings are under the spoilers for anyone interested.

By the way there is more than one way to get to some of these endings so I’ve just putting one walk through for each but you might find them in other ways if you read the book a few times :slight_smile:

I probably wont do the walk through for the storyline most people will likely get on their first or second play through (pass/fail final tasks), but if anyone does want a walk through for something specific I can do one, just ask :slight_smile: (Sorry in advance if anything isn’t making sense, I’m still down with the flu and a bit hazy, so happy to clarify anything that isn’t working).

I’ll try to group them into areas of the book. First ones are involving the fae and/or Garmr.

Minion/Force for evil achievement
endings

Read ahead in the book you find at the library to get a hint on how to deal with the brownie

Accept the brownie assignment and put out the milk to entice him over. When he turns up offer him a place to stay with you and accept the ring he gives you.

Chose not to go on the bunyip assignment. When you get called into Merlinus’ office following this refuse to take another assignment which will get you kicked out of the guild.

Agree to trade with Garmr for a wand. You can either give him the ring given to you by the brownie or you can trade ALL of the unicorn hair if you managed to get some.

Decide to use the wand for evil.

There are two endings depending on whether you lie or tell the truth to Myranda at the end.

Superhero achievement endings

Read ahead in the book you find at the library to get a hint on how to deal with the brownie

Chose not to go on the bunyip assignment. When you get called into Merlinus’ office following this refuse to take another assignment which will get you kicked out of the guild.

Mundane achievement ending

Read ahead in the book you find at the library to get a hint on how to deal with the brownie

Accept the brownie assignment and put out the milk to entice him over. When he turns up offer him a place to stay with you and accept the ring he gives you.

Chose not to go on the bunyip assignment. When you get called into Merlinus’ office following this refuse to take another assignment which will get you kicked out of the guild.

When you meet Garmr you can refuse to trade with him (Or offer him a strand of unicorn hair, then when he asks you for the rest of it “Insist that’s all you have” even though you actually have more.)

Fae endings: “Don’t feed the animals,” “Futuristic,” “Castle” achievements.

Refuse to take both the brownie and bunyip assignments. This will get you kicked out of the guild.

Decide you’re glad to be free of the guild (good riddance). Don’t help the fairy when she asks.

There are 3 endings from here. One if you accept food from Cernunnos, Once if you decline food then flee the Cwn Annun and one if you decline food then refuse to flee and refuse Cernunnos’ offer

Fae endings: “Author”
achievement

Refuse to take both the brownie and bunyip assignments. This will get you kicked out of the guild.

Decided you are “saddened” by the loss of your licence

Help the fairy against Canon when she asks.

To get to all the “Ring” and “Dragon Endings” (Read this first)

To get to all these endings you need to read ahead when you find the book at the start to get a hint on how to deal with the brownie. Put out milk to attract the brownie to you, then offer him somewhere to stay at your place. Accept the ring he gives you. Accept the dragon/Nessie assignment

For all these endings you will need to select “Use the ruby ring” as the option when confronted by Myranda/Nessie

Off world Dragon Endings (x3)

When asked how to use the ruby ring, channel energy through it.

Breath fire at Merlinus to get his attention when he turns up.

You can travel East towards the dragon colony (x1 ending “Accepted achievement” or you can go South. If you go south you can either avoid the dragons or approach them, then attack (x1 ending) or you can try a "diplomatic approach (x1 ending).

Dragon endings: Monster and Mind your own business achievements

When asked how to use the ruby ring, channel energy through it.

When Merlinus turns up “Stomp towards him” (Don’t use fire).

If your elemental alignement is “Fire” you’ll also need to “Scrape your talons on the rocks” (Don’t growl).

There are two different endings from this point.

Non-Dragon endings: “Toad” and “Are you ready?” Achievement endings

Bargain for your freedom by giving Myranda the ruby ring and escape.

There are two endings branching from whether you wait or run when left in Merlinus’ office.
