Choosing any style changes your body and you can choose your body type. But it specifically says that Midorikatai changes your body like how beasts just grows. Will we see additional changes if we choose Midorikatai or is this it?

Will be synergy with fire element and midorikatai with a drake reptile yokai? Chu stated that dragons can breathe fire as their racial technique, and drakes in particular are ‘fiery’. It would be cool to still see synergies later down the line.

Writing female MC romances has been significantly harder than I thought but yes I need to give them at least a side-RO scene. There’s an in-lore and mechanic reason why I didn’t give them a romance romance scene yet, Nanhou is when I can finally rip that bandaid off. (Chapter 7 can’t come soon enough). I’m currently writing up one of the side adventures for Chapter 6 that goes quite the opposite, all I’ll say is being femMC makes it significantly easier.

Does not picking an element make you weaker? Because i kinda made my character like Garp but dont want him to be weaker.

Your elements seem to affect several checks. For example, when you use a chi blast to destroy a wall, if you have storm or fire element, the check is easier. You can bypass the crafting check to fix broken wheels if you have earth element. You can steal the memorywell potion if you have light, I think.
All of these can be done with high enough skill and core value so it’s not a debilitating weakness but as of now, there is no benefit to play this way. Maybe anon could make an achievement for beating the game without an element but that’s far in the future.

It will at the start. I can see about adding something for people who go with no Element but it won’t kick in often and it won’t be as useful.
