I don’t think Rin and Kosuke can have a element if there aura are similar to Jin that was called weak by Angelo, and what is the point of stealing something just to sell it, atleast what the mc should do is keep it for a raining day to make a trade for something worthwhile or using it to craft a weapon or gear

Angelo wasn’t calling Jin weak perse he was just saying he wasn’t ready for an element YET Not saying he won’t ever be able to use one, also It’s been quite some time since then by the time we reach Nanhou.
Speaking of Angelo depending on how well you train Jin and Rin if you meet for the first time on the way to Nanhou (meaning you picked aoyusmu and didn’t go to Devanic temple) he tells you whether or not Jin’s and Rin should be able to pass the trials based on their aura pressure. And if you train well enough he tells you we shouldn’t be worried about them as they are more strong enough to take care of themselves during the trials.
The bigger issue is that in order for any of them to get an element they either need to experience a heavenly gate or get assistance from an elemental spirit. I feel like Kosike could probably learn the darkness element using the potion since she was right in the middle of the demonic gate and if not chances are she will have the opportunity to learn the water element while on the ocean.

For the Ocean voyage I think it would be fun to have some sea-crazy options do some strange things like perching on poles like a monkey/bird, and swimming along side the ship, probably being called crazy in the process.

It’s corruption in your energy there is hidden counter for that so far it’s non issue though but probably would be later in the game.

It’s a secret of sorts, kind of. I guess. Personally, I think its obvious.
This is a tale involving cultivation. There’s always a “demonic” side of the path. It typically, in tropes and stereotypes, involves methods of obtaining power that trades time, training, and dedication for faster power that typically involves harming and sacrificing others or straight up stealing their power. Think of it like this, Crusher Jack is a piece of shit but at the end of the day, he’s not a demon. The clone bitch, however, is a demon. Hence that book and his nature.
Personally, I’m a fan of going the demon path while being a good person. Utilizing the evil of the chosen path as a punishment for the evil and vile, getting all the more stronger for it on top of proper training. But until I know for sure that taint isn’t a case of us losing ourselves to some evil BS, I’m keeping my distance.

How can you follow a demonic path while still being a good person? Don’t you have to like sacrifice tons of people to achieve short term strength? And if abused don’t you lose your humanity and then attack anything regardless of it’s an enemy or an innocent?

I pretty much intending to make my mc to be power hungry and ambitious so unless the corruption takeaway my choice I will go for it plus it’s way more fun to be the villain
