Which WIP would you bring back from the dead?

I’d say Blood on My Hand, which im assuming is dead since the last reply was back in 2020, which sucks because it reminded me of that Spanish Civil War game, and considering how he made it to be like this War of Mine, that scene that was similar to the Spanish one where you couldn’t tell if the civilian in the house where the mg was stationed was friendly or not, and so you vould accidently kill an innocent, which is what goes on in this War of Mine, of having tonworry about getting shit, but shows it through the soldiers perspective of not knowing if it coulf be wn enemy

You’re welcome to the last word. Just one comment on the NFT fracas: if our goal is to increase the number of finished WIPs, that whole blow-up was completely counterproductive. I’ve never been a crypto fan, and hope the crypto crash has put paid to any NFT considerations; but as someone who’s been emphasizing how few WIPs actually get finished, you should surely understand how little CoG’s top-level decision-making is gong to be swayed by a couple of not-yet-authors storming off. All that forum tempest did was cost us some terrific potential games and forum members.

Yeah i can see your point, when it was revealed that COG was a ratio in upvotes when they said that they were interested in NFTs lol (COG response was 9 upvotes, and the next comment was a author complaint that they were leaving with 110 upvotes) and the most upvoted comments in the thread were of detractors so continuing with the plan would be a PR Suicide lol

To be fair the two works that dipped were fairly complete but then again they weren’t close to reaching a conclusion for awhile, the reason they stopped talking about NFTs was definitely because the general public hated the idea

I think now I can say for sure that Bitten is dead since the creator no longer has it currently in progress on twitter, which means that I can now wish it wasn’t. And that sucks because it seemed pretty interesting for a CoG game! Especially with the 1960s California setting

Zeus‘s dilemma. And the abyssal :cry:

i don’t know about Zeus’ Dilemma but the Abyssal definitely isn’t dead. Both the patreon and the devblog are still very much alive

I’m pretty sure Zeus’s Dilemma isn’t dead, but I believe the demo will update just on the writer’s Patreon until the game is done.

The author started working on a different WIP, but unfortunately she has gotten sick. Here is the tumblr for the game she was working on https://moonlitsorrows-if.tumblr.com/.

What’s going on with “Glory to Froysia”?
I loved the game’s unique setting of Cold War politics in a fantasy world.

No idea. The last post on Tumblr was a year ago (?). The author was saying that they’re still alive. So here is that
