Which Idea, Reaper or Doodleverse?

For the Prince could be a really good game. I can see rugged assassin MC trying to pass themself off as a prim and proper upper class person. The back story on why we’re even serving Dorian would be interesting. Romance and moral decisions are always great.

Quick question is there more things to know about the reaper opinion

Oh man. A lot of your ideas sound interesting, but ultimately I’d have to go with For the Prince followed by Reaper. I really love the idea of playing as a grim reaper, but For the Prince has just enough tropes I know I’d love that it takes the cake. :blush:

Survival Game sounds like The Hunger Games or Battle Royale, but it grabbed me the most.

Request: If you can do a nonstandard apocalypse and don’t use zombies.

Yeah that idea is a lil overused. Correction it’s super overused

I like zombies. I’m guessing there are a lot of bad ones, I’ve only played Zombie: Exodus and I really enjoyed it. People say they get old but I will always go see a new zombie movie.

Chalk world I forgot about that show

I would vote for Imagine It. Seems like a pretty cool game. Is the operation of that world dependent on how creative an inhabitant is? And does that world actually resides within the sister’s brain or it’s a universe reached via some portal or what not?

@ToxicDreams For the Prince!

@Terrell_Williams what do you mean?

@Hanon_Ondricek Yea if I go with Survival Game you can be there won’t be any zombies, I agree with the whole overused idea of them

@Keira it’s actually a world, like Narnia type I guess you could say, but you all believe it’s just your sisters imagination until you get there and no it’s not dependent on that

@CitizenShawn

Uh oh :sweat_smile:

So, so far I think most of the ideas are leaning towards For the Prince, Reaper, and Doodleverse

Finally I’m tired of Zombie Apocalypse games. It’s not that there all bad most are pretty good actually but it’s so overused

I have to second this

This would work for Doodleverse/survival game. It doesn’t last because there growing up

As much as I played that game my gut is still not controlled.:sob::sob::sob::sob: (Must have played that game a billion times)

Ok @ToxicDreams I’m going to leave now because I feel as I’m taking over your thread:joy::joy::joy:

Haha don’t worry, I don’t have enough time on my hands to do so, but in the future I may try and make a Calvin and Hobbes tribute game xD

I’m not opposed to zombies at all in moderation. I just say you can be super-original on CoG currently if you avoid using zombies, superheroes/magical superpowers, and avoid medieval/steampunk tropes unless you have a really original take on them. (“Oh, but you can be a female/neuter/bi/gay zombie/pirate/superhero in medieval/steampunk times” is not an original take in the CoGverse.

(All opinions are expressed in this post are my own, and are merely suggestions which in no way should impede anyone from writing any game they are excited about and can do justice, with or without zombies.)

What I meant was other then wat we read about Reaper is there more information about because I don’t understand much about it. So far I understand the other options more then the Reaper one

Definitely Reapers. That Sounds to me like the best of the bunch.

Grab you scythe and reap your way to becoming one of the best reapers the universe has ever seen, or set your sights much higher than that.
You’ve died as a struggling college student, leaving everything you knew behind. But that soon changes when you’re given a chance to become an eternal reaper, a reaper who stays a reaper for all eternity. Yet something is amiss. You don’t quite fit the requirements it takes to become such thing and as you further your skills, your knowledge does as well.
Fight demons and angels or befriend them. Reap helpless souls or give them a second chance.
**The summary is also in works.

I’ve actually started on a Reaper idea but I don’t like how it seems like it can get a bit repetitive so I’m thinking of ways to throw in other things. If I do go with that idea.
