Is the alternate early ending the only ending for Williams side?
Will there be more scene with williams in book 3?
I’m sucker for parent and child moments

First of all, I would like to thank you for this great read! If anything, book 2 is better than book 1. Superb story and solid writing. I replayed this like 6 times and have gotten 36 achievements out of 48. How many endings are in this one?
I got the one when you go with the scientist, one with Sonoma, One with the general and one with the elders.
Again thank you for the awesome game
Whos the additional ros??
To get Maker’s Secret you have to betray Maker and use the serum to change her into werewolf when you go after Sonoma..
A Daughter’s Vengeance when you go after Rivera you will meet daughter of the Nail warden. You have the option to convince her that Rivera is a werewolf.
Congratulations On realiasing the second part This story is a good one but I want to be Pack leader again somehow or just to be seen as a form of leader I kinda miss this. The idea of a breeding Programm or something like that is interesting but I made my Mc A lesbian wolf ;>take that maker
I have to admit maker is One Of the most interesting characters because I don’t know what to do about her I don’t know if I can trust her or she has good things planned for the pack
So, has anyone seen what happens if you kiss Tiva while in a relationship with Dena or Bly?
I haven’t had the guts to try it for myself yet.
Alright, thank you very much!! I was having a rough time with those ones, so again, thank you for explaining how to get them!
Saprook is technically correct, but there are two ways to get this achievement. The second way reveals a LOT more about her and happens only if you go after Rivera, not Sonoma. If you chicken out at the last moment and refuse to use the canister on Rivera, Maker will take it from you and try to gas the general herself. Rivera will attack Maker. From there you must NOT help Maker. Rivera will then reveal some very interesting information about our dear scientist and trigger the achievement.
@M.Agil.R_HRP Yes, that’s the only ending specifically for the joining Williams secret path. And yes, Williams will be featured MUCH more in book 3.
@jcury Thank you for the compliments! There are four main ending brackets, though two of them can end in different ways from within the bracket. There’s also a secret early ending for players who joined Williams to help eradicating the werewolves in book 1.
It sounds like you got all the main variations if you got all four of those, variations aside. (were you able to kill Rivera when you sided with Sonoma or did Sonoma get gravely injured?
Tiva and Kotori.
Accurate. Except that Warden Washburn must be dead for this to happen. If Washburn is still alive (not killed in the breakout and not executed later on,) you will meet him instead of his daughter and you can either kill him or work with him to bring Rivera down.
The later part of book 3 will most likely trend in this direction.
@MisterJB Bly’s a pretty open gal. It’s actually possible to sleep with both Dena and Bly (not at the same time) in book one too–I remember someone doing that, but it’s been a while and I forget exactly how to trigger it.
Truth told, I didn’t implement must jealousy or blowback for changing ROs in book 2. It IS mentioned, but serious repercussions don’t really happen as the pack are much more open about poly relationships. The one notable exception is if you piss Bly off by siding with Sonoma, and especially if you have sex with Sonoma, Bly will absolutely hate you.
There is one thing that currently bugs me: If you end book one with Williams, why the wolf you leave behind (or Haken if you convince him to let you go) never says anything about it?
Haken goes missing after book 1 (will be gone into in book 3.) As for the other possibility… I’m gonna have to plead ‘plot hole.’ Honestly, I had a VERY hard time implementing the secret Williams ending in book 2 because it’s such a radically different motivation and agenda, and it was only achieved by less than 1% of players. I tried to do it justice, but it looks like that particular bit fell through the cracks. Might be able to fit it in a patch, but it would be very complicated because the wolf you’re with can be any one of the four main character and possibly an RO. Yeesh. That’s what I get for being overly-ambitious and adding a radically different secret ending! (Hey, at least I can admit it )
I feel like Bly would be up for sharing the MC with Tiva and she(Tiva) would give a threesome a try but it’s something that she would regret almost immediately after.
Bly likes a guy (or gal) who will crack some skulls together with her before having sex in a closet with the rest of the pack just outside.
Tiva, on the other hand, is also a tough girl but the impression that I got was that she wants a safe guy, someone to keep safe and make love with.
Or, at least, that is my take of both of them in love.
I did try that scene with Sonoma for the achievement’s sake but boy, it hurt.
I’m sorry, Bly, I’ll restart and never do this again.
I’m giving you advanced credit for the idea, because this is going in Werewolves 3 now.
By the way the Jolon/Bly/MC threesome patch has been submitted to Jason, but I’m not sure when it will go live. Just to let you know it’s being fixed.
Writing the scene where Bly confronts you over that actually hurt me physically. I was upset about it for hours. Feels kinda silly in retrospect, but it’s the truth. Only other scene I can remember that hit me in the feels like that as I wrote it was the Dena romance in book one where he/she says that ‘If we’re monsters, at least we can be monsters together.’ In context it hits me hard, dunno how others reacted.
The first time I went into her lab, I was watching for any signs of betrayal like an Inquisitor around vampires. A name like “Maker” just screamed “Frankenstein” to me and my attitude was “I’m watching you, don’t try anything funny.”
However, I was pleasantly surprised that she seemed open about the possibility of an afterlife because open mindedness just didn’t fit into my preconceived notion of what this character was about. So, I lowered my guard a bit only to raise it immediately during the escape. The fact she was the only one not using her wolf form combined with the fact that HMS had conveniently known when we would be escaping and that she was happy with the chaos just raised so many red flags in my head.
Then the fact that she was consistently present whenever wolves went feral just further convinced that she was not be trusted. And yet, despite trying my best and replaying her scenes several times with different stats, I have yet to be able to pin anything substantial on her.
Hell, I got her to break the 4th Wall but prove that she is causing this outbreak? Nothing.
Ultimately, I think she is mysterious and sleazy but compelling if you allow her to open her mouth and use her wit and words.
Against all logic, a character that I really liked…was Byrne.
Since my “canon” MC is a guy focused on combat whose fur has a unique coloration, I almost felt like this guy was my counterpart on the other side of the battlefield. This, combined with the fact that no matter how high my Combat was, the best I could do was startle him long enough to flee makes me hope that he could be either a teacher (if you are captured by Rivera) or an extreme challenge for a combat oriented MC.
I agree with that. Unlike in book 1, where williams goal is clearly wrong in an ethical and moral angle, in book 2 we get to see a lot of side to the characters, like how werewolves really hate humans, the werewolves violent tendencies, and the fact that the killing on both sides probably won’t stop anytime soon, make us have second thoughts about this and started to think from Williams point of view. So if we to put the secret ending of 1 and somehow implemented it into book 2, the amount of player who got it would probably be more than book 1.
Though that’s just show how amazing of a job you did making the characters for book 2 more gray than the first book, it present player with a moral dilemma rather than the “good and evil” split in book 1.
Sorry for the ramble, I just really love this series and can’t help but give out my thoughts😅
Does Maker have plot Armour or I Can kill her ?
It’s more detective work at this point, putting things together if you want to scope her out. It was much further in the pitch outline, but Maker’s story got pushed to book three because it’s a huge deal and I wanted it to be a centrepiece and there was already so much going on that she wasn’t having time for her genius to shine. But I dropped dozens of hints, especially the one Rivera reveals when you get the Maker’s secret achievement.
There’s also one I haven’t seen mentioned: If you go into the prologue as a ‘logistics’ wolf, when you’re escaping in (I believe chapter three) and working your way though the walls with Bly or Jolon to get to the control room and set off the ‘Rivera protocols,’ you see a window leading to a room below. If you go down there and retrieve a bunch of hard drives, you can later have Kotori analyze them. Don’t give them to Maker. Once Kotori’s had time, he’ll say that the HDs reveal information about Maker’s father and her scientific background which is very illuminating.
@Madhur_Dhingra Plot armor. For now. Though you can seriously mess up her day BADLY and so can Rivera. I don’t have plot armor on everyone though. Big spoilers: You can help Sonoma decapitate Rivera.
Killed Rivera in the helicopter hijack scene was very satisfying.
Amazing book, congratulations. I just finished reading both of them and they are very well writen and captivating. I have some questions about the plot:
I understand that HSM wants to cure lycanthropy and Haken 2.0 wants werewolf supremacy, but what Maker wants? The banging on the walls was Lapu and as far as I understand, she was experimenting on him, but why? And the names on the board? She wants to create werewolves? Like a Dr. Frankenstein?
I also would like to know if we will be able to distance our pack from both werewolf supremacists (everyone becomes a werewolf) and human haters
(genocide humans)? Because I think it would be hard to go on the radio with Ahote, claiming we want equal rights, while we consort with some nasty elements (Sonoma, Rivera, Maker) behind the backs of the public. I would like to distance myself from them as much as possible.
As I said before, I recommend this book. Very good.
