So, I tend to purchase my games through Steam and often play through the website. I tend to try to view the code after the first play through, but I’ve been running into an issue recently.
It seems like a bit of a crapshoot as to when the game will remember that I’ve purchased (restored) a game.
Today’s example is Fate of the Storm Gods.
Startup.txt shows $ 4_coinsotherside, so I go to scenes/4_coinsotherside.txt and get the ‘not purchased’ error.
Is there a way to ‘remind’ the game that I’ve already restored my purchase through Steam without restarting the title? As of now, the only way I’ve been able to work around this is to restart the game, restore my purchase again, and pre-emptively open all of the scenes.
