I’m wondering too!! A small passing comment the male MC made and the reaction he had to Amaya- without the readers input, makes me think it might end up being heterosexual Romance. (Hopefully not though. But if it is only staright characters, I hope Britney is a LI)

I wasn’t sure at first cause the prologue felt chunky for me, but I get it is probably to give a feel about mc’s childhood
but after it? I love it - chapters have good pacing and the story is really compelling
my only problem is that I kinda don’t understand what stats dictate which answers we can give with the bully at the end (it’s the skill ones or the personality?)
and ofc that at the moment we cannot kick their asses at the race! I wish for it so badd
cannot wait for the next update!
ps. do you plan on having romance storylines?

Skill is how likely you are to acctually succeed or get yourself pummled. The personailty is more how your character acts.

I was asking about when at the party we are talking with jay and the other bully guy about our previous conflict and I got some answer option blurred and could choose only one
and whether it is dictated by our personality stats or skill one (like we are too weak to stand up against them or something) because there were no explanation like “combat over 10” next to them

Well it was a great demo so far. Everything was mostly good. But if you only upload till chapter 3 then I don’t know it will take some time for you to finish and people might forget about the book. I used to write earlier and the only way for the book/game to be successful you need the public interested. So maybe upload slowly but do upload something until you submit the finished book. This was just a free advice. You are free to do whatever you like. And I think maybe make the fighting or driving more knowledge based than stats based. Because if you go to gym , I am sure we will loose the race in chapter 3 but we do go karting we are bullied. Thats just a loose loose scenario.

Ah well if you cant select the combat one then you failed the combat before and the only way to pass combat is to have taken the boxing lessons before the fight. So that might be why you couldnt later on at the party select its related choice. I will half to play again to be certain though far as the part bit goes. The fight itself though you half to take those lessons if you want to win the fight as its the only option to give you the skill to do so.

From the choices it seems like it might be more a personaility issue like you chose nothing but the most timid of them leading to this moment. What ever the case might be defintly weird so weird im going to do another play through right now weird lol
I just did a super quick playthrough up to that point you showed and i got 3 out of the four as a option i suspect its at least partially tied to the choices you made in game leading to the party as well how you react to them approaching you.

As far as flirting, so far, it only lets me flirt with Jason, it seems so far. Whatever. Gotta go thru that again. A man, I’d rather shoot than love.
The author is good at making me hate certain people.
I personally want to flirt with Amaya, but it looks like that isn’t going to happen. I’m not sure why, it doesnt seem to be that far off to do so?
Brock seems to treat me like Im not a girl, even though he uses girl in words. Way he treats all the other girls minus the FemMC is off a bit.

definitely should include romance storylines with Brittany & Amaya. The Jason & Brock rivilary is very interesting so definitely continue that. It’s giving fast & furious vibes in a different way.

Is the mc supposed to be exclusively straight? Because I find all the involuntary reactions the mc is currently forced to have to girls a bit jarring if the mc can also be gay or even just asexual.
Otherwise we don’t have enough crime games where mc can be the criminal so this is refreshing.

The authors other WIP is hetero only, I believe. He initially had it man only. This one starts out with both in mind from start.
The teen girl can only flirt with the two boys thus far and not the girl. As didnt go the teen boy, that should let you know depending on flirt options available?
It sounds like another unromancable story for myself. So far.

Too bad…this one has potential but being forced hetero makes it instantly unappealing to me particularly without at least an asexual option that skips the forced attraction to girls bits.
