These things take a long ass time because of the small staff and the fact theirs so many submissions, for example Dawn of Heroes got submitted in september, 2 months before velocity and still isn’t out, we just have to be patient.
EDIT: Only just seen Fusions post like 5 posts above mine basically saying the same thing.

Okay so here’s what I can tell you so far.
The game has completed content review. I’m currently waiting on the revision notes from HG, which they said I should receive early this week. Once I have those, things will move quickly on my end.
It’s just some maybe small revisions I suppose.

Hi! Very unique theme with your story, don’t see this theme explored a lot with COG demos or Hosted Games, not all the way up my alley in my typical genre, but the writing definitely helped me stay along for the ride! Props to you getting this out there, especially considering how hard interactive fictions can be to make.
A few critiques, this ones a minor one but one that fucks up the image of my ‘ideal’ character in my head, the customisation seemed very bare, is there a reason for this? Such as income? I’d of loved to dress my character up in an outfit that I thought suited him, he wouldn’t be caught dead wearing most of the options available. And the hairstyles lump into this as well, I find them always to be lacking, and therefore interfering, which is why I personally find them redundant. Will there be expansions to this? Such as a ‘loose’ option, therefore there’s really no this or that type of way and you can imagine it to be whatever you’d had in mind.
But a bigger critique, is there any room for other sexualities on this? The character seems to explicitly fantasies about the female characters quite often, already a throw off for me (pre-determined attraction to characters, especially when they aren’t even of the gender your attracted to typically means there ain’t going to be a whole lotta options and also puts a wedge in immersion) while your not even given the option to think that way about the male characters. I’m gay so it kind of throws me off the whole ‘interactive’ part of the genre as I feel like I’m being led astray to a pre-established story without any true 'options’, even with RO’s, sort of like reading in third-person about another character altogether. I also feel like it could be an prime opportunity to bring in the realism based on the setting and have reactions to the players own preferences in gender, be it negative, neutral or positive. I always love when if’s do this, typically in historical settings but I can 100% see it working in this games settings, really adds to that care for the player and feelings of ‘oh, my options really do matter’. Which of course, in turn, brings up the immersion and satisfaction.
I typically say all this for characters which are sort of personas, also known as a pre-determined character by personality, looks, sexuality, et cetera. It can be hard to feel immersed if the game really goes against that by leaving no varying options available, which is typically what you’d like from a genre meant to cater more to the players choices then to the stories set-paths.
Other than that quite enjoyed it so far! Props once again for taking the time to get your story out there, and hope all is well, much love to ya <3

In the complete version you have more options in hairstyles and clothes, and once you progress further in the game you can buy even more styles of clothing. The demo isn’t that up-to-date compared to the complete version, so I apologize for the inconvenience.
Okay, so I failed to include same gender romance options during this game, but I’m planning to add them in the sequel I’m preparing. That’s a promise!
As for the MC’s reaction to opposite genders, you do have a great point.
Early on I failed to realize that the MC is supposed to be adaptable to anyone’s POV, so I kinda wrote it that way ignorant of the different type of readers. But in the mid to late parts of the book I added more encounters with suggestively queer characters that you can choose how to interact with.
I’m waiting on some revision notes from the Hosted Games team, so I’ll do my best to see if I can write in some last minute adjustments like you recommended before they start the production.

Honestly I’m content with waiting a story this good is worth it. I haven’t enjoy a story like this in a long time but I got a question I think he said there will be no romance but what about flings?

There is romance in the completed version indeed. Early on there wasn’t but a lot of people kept asking for it, so who was I to refuse?
