The MC will not be present in the prologue.
The prologue will mostly involve SHADOW and the villain so there’s no need to worry about getting spoiled.

Good News and Bad News
Guess whose laptop just arrived from the repair shop? Yup! I finally got it back.
As for the bad news, it was resetted. I lost all my previous files, and I have to start over. But, hey, at least the files saved on dashingdon are still there.

Status Update
I have managed to write all of the prologue, and it currently sits around 3k words without code. However, there are no choices yet, and I’m still having my friend playtest and proofread it for errors. He’s a busy guy, so until he finishes the playtesting and proofreading, I will now start writing the first draft of chapter one.
Personally, I think the prologue is a little bit cringey to read. (I suck at writing descriptive scenes. I tried my best, I’m sorry.) Though I had a lot of fun writing the prologue, thanks to Mammon. He’s quite a fun character despite being the villain of the book.
So what do you guys think? Do you want me to release the prologue once it’s finished, or do you want me to update both the prologue and chapter one together?

Status Update
So, I have started writing the first draft of Chapter One despite being busy. It’s currently around 800 words and is quite far from my goal of 15k words.
I can only write for three hours during the night, as it is the most peaceful time of the day. It also doesn’t help that writer’s block keeps me from making any progress. Thankfully, one of my friends started helping me proofread what I write every time I finish a page.
Aside from this, I have also changed some of the characters’ names and their physical appearances. Ezekiel’s new name is Dexter Garcia, Ashton’s is Zachary or Zack Forger, and Casey’s is Clementine Blanc.
I will make new updated character profiles and upload them with the new demo.
But for now, here’s another sneak peek…
Sneak Peek for Chapter One
As soon as the three figures arrive, Zack turns to their leader’s left, and his eyes immediately meet his lover’s green ones. Standing beside Leviathan is a tall feminine-looking man with light skin and caramel-colored hair.
Thanks to his feminine features and the sweet aura surrounding him, it’s easy to know that he’s an Omega.
The Omega’s face lights up as he sees his lover, and the corners of his mouth lift in a warm smile. Zack subconsciously mirrors the action, making Dexter, who is watching the two, cringe in response.
So tired of seeing the two being lovey-dovey with each other. Dexter pointedly clears his throat, breaking the lovers’ sweet moment.

Status Update
Hello everyone, guess who’s back from the dead? Jokes aside, I genuinely apologize for not giving any updates these past few weeks. I’ve been insanely busy with school and some personal reasons. Please forgive me. T^T
Though, I’m trying to have some writing done during my breaks. And I’m happy to inform you guys that the prologue is finally in the editing stage for the final draft. I’m also adding 2k words, making it 5k words long.
As for Chapter One, it’s still in its first draft, but I’ll focus on writing it as soon as the editing for the prologue is finished.

I’m currently debating whether or not I should restrict the Omega MC as a bottom in relationships. Don’t worry. They won’t necessarily be submissive. I’ll leave that part up to the readers.
In most omegaverse stories, it’s always the Alpha and, in some cases, Betas that are tops. And to be honest, it’s kind of cliche. So I thought, maybe why not have the MC have the option of topping some of our dear ROs?

personaly, i prefer playing as a bottom mc but i think making it so that the mc can top some of the ros is a good idea. i think ive seen some webtoons where the omega ends up being as a top lmao. there are some nice pairings where where we have a sub top and a power bottom, only ever switching who is in control while keeping the part of who recieves it. if that happens, does that mean the mc is a switch? at the end, which ever you prefer and are comfortable to write is better. if you do end up making the mc a bottom through and through, i think the option to be submissive or dominant will balance it out.

I think it would be better to allow the reader to be able to choose all of that, rather than sticking to the same old thing.

Status Update
I just finished all my tests for the week, and I’m ecstatic to be back again in writing, though I’m just dropping a WIP character portrait for one of the ROs instead of a story update. I’m genuinely sorry for that.
However, I’ve finished the rough draft of chapter one. All I need to do is start both the writing and the editing. And then, I can finally release the revamped demo.
I’m not going to give a specific date for the release as I’m a very busy person. Like, super, super busy.
