Is this a prequel or a sequel to Life of a Wizard? They both take place in the same location and it seems to be the exact same universe, but none of the the fantastic races like elves or orcs have appeared yet. I’ve only been through the demo so far so I may be mistaken, but right now the game seems like a distant prequel.
Can anyone give me a definite answer?
They are in separate universes, however, since their author is the same they have similar themes.
I’ve asked the author the same question during the beta tests. 
He said that it isn’t really a sequel but it’s set in the same world later. The statue of the wizard in the village is a recrence to LoW.
