This is probably a dumb question, but how do I attach my "mygame" folder to an email?

I’m trying to send Trial of the Demon Hunter to Hosted Games submissions, but I can’t figure out how to attach my mygame folder to the email. It’ll let me input certain scenes, but not the whole file. Can anyone help me with this?
