Just so you know, bumping dead threads is against the rules. The last time this game received an update was 3 years ago, and the last time the author was seen was over 8 months ago, in an unrelated topic. If the thread closes, they can just ask the moderators to re-open it. Until proven otherwise, best to just assume this is dead and let it go.

Thank you all for your patience, it’s very sweet to see people still looking forward to my next update.
I’m around, I don’t check the forum as often as I used to but I haven’t stopped writing, I’ve been focusing on Shattered for a while but I’ve definitely not forgotten about TWK. It’s okay if the thread closes until the next update, but yeah it’s not so much dead as it is in torpor.
I’m very much looking forward to focusing on TWK again soon, I’ve got a lot planned for the next two chapters.

I don’t remember much gotta reread, but I think it wasn’t revealed yet.
According to an older post form the author, apparent age is somewhere between 25-35. I couldn’t find a specific age but since they are undead, they are probably quite old. My guess is centuries.

Hello everyone, the MC’s appearance is relatively young, they look like someone in their late-twenties which is when they died, before being in torpor for ten years.
So it has been some time, but not quite as long as you might have expected. For this story I wanted people (humans) who were around back when the MC lived, so I didn’t go for an extremely long slumber, although that would have been interesting in its own right.
While I’m here I also will tell you that I have been thinking about restructuring the story a bit. No big rewrite planned right now, don’t worry. But I have been considering modifying the order of some events a bit, like pushing the first visit to dreadspire a bit later into the story. I’ll give you more details once I get to it, but you can expect some changes to the way the story unfolds.
