I have a very important question.
Can/does M get car sick? Becauseā¦oh man.
Wellā¦ Right now the question about dizziness is still unanswered by Sera (I think???).
But if Vampires do not have an extra sensitivity to dizziness, despite being more sensitive than humans. I do not think M would get car sick?
Because I believe that car sickness has something to do with our vestibular system (just like dizziness)? Though I am far from certain on thisā¦ obviously.

As someone who is old car team, I love it everytime someone hates our car because I know Sera is old car team and we will be forever with that car

I looked it up and motion sickness (car sickness being one of the things that falls under this term) is indeed something that has to do with the vestibular system. When one has car sickness there is some form of āmiscommunicationā between oneās brain and the balance organ in their inner ear (aka vestibular system). Which causes the uneasiness and can result in vomiting and whatnot.
Article A and article B are two other sources. Then there is also the ever-present Wikipedia.
Though it all depends on if the vampires are more sensitive to dizziness or not, a question Sera has not yet answered. At least, I cannot find the answer on Tumblr, nor in the previous thread.
BY THE WAY! I am part of the Bicycle-group! In my headcanon, my mc goes to her work on her bike, not with the car. The latter stands at the ready near the police station so that she can use it for emergencies during her work hours.

I am going to protect that old car with my life! That car has been with us longer than Unit Bravo and will probably survive till the heat death of the Universe. TEAM OLD CAR FOR LIFE!!
Iāll admit a part of me would love to get a bike or a motorcycle tho! Not great during the cold that the first book takes place in but itās warming up in Book 2! The RO can ride on the handlebars! R.I.P. anyone romancing N, you wouldnāt be able to see around them!

Now that you mention it, I think itās a fantastic idea. Iāve never liked the idea of driving a car myself (the poor passengers), having been in a car accident and all. Also is better for the environment. I think N would like it, too, since itās old-school (or new-school, depends) and easier to handle than something tech-y like a car (if thatās even considered technology). Even when I wouldnāt be able to see around N. Not like I imagined leaning my head against her lower back and breathing her inā¦ while driving into a street lamp

Cycling is better for nature and better for oneās health.
Thereby comes the fact that old(er) cars are worse for the environment than the newer ones. With the exceptions for the old(er) cars which have been upgraded to the new(er) engines and whatnot.

Perhaps having N seated behind the mc on the carrier is aā¦ saver way of transportation? I mean, naturally, N would have to hold on very tightly to the mc, becauseā¦ what if the mc would take a super sudden turn and N would not be holding on tightly enough?! ƶ c;

Actually, diesel cars fumes are far more toxic that petrol cars, to the point that many big cities are planing on banning this ones.
This said, bicycles are cool.

. Thatās when all the people bashing car will realize how the car always comes in clutch. I mean it may not be the freshest, newest car, but I sorta like the retro feel lol, and the privacy , no ones gonna be paying attention to an old car as much as they would be some new hot rod.
