I never have said that it will involve cheating. I was talking about a very specific scene in base a certain type of character and certain subjective opinions about what is cheating.
I really think if does not matter how much you are in denial if you’re romance with x while thinking on other and fantasy other in your bed. You are lying and clearly cheating as you are breaking confidence and lying. That is my opinion not an absolute truth. There are people who see okay the same situation. Depends greatly on each one ideas. Still I have all right to say about what is my opinion lol.

Like @poison_mara said, some people view the LT situation as such. I am also wary of the LT route because I feel like I am leading someone on or using someone as rebound for what I thought is a one-sided affair and the worst thing, in my POV, was dating someone close to that person as well. DX

If he born in another dimension he can’t know when his birthday is. As by definition a dimension change will cause hard alteration in time. So he can’t be sure when he born there is same thing here. Maybe is the birthday of his arrival at earth 
I don’t think it’s ever been mentioned if their timeline is different than ours. If it’s the same, they may also have the same months and days that we do. I know they have Echolian, but that doesn’t necessarily preclude it from being different than ours. And because there are more that have crossed over, it could be easy to pinpoint the time correlation between our dimensions. On the other hand, if it is different, perhaps F chose their bday as the day they came over to our world? Or maybe it’s just random? It’s F, so who knows?

I was talking about that due I read a Hawkin book that explained multiple dimensions. And one thing is that in the remote case one person could cross time would warp that person In this case is a vampire so safe still the distortion in time should make a pain in the ass calculate exactly time. Basically human calendar is based upon our sun and earth relationship. In other dimension that is not case. Hell we even had problems to solve calendar in earth lol. Like Shakespeare and Cervantes didn’t die same date because England and Spanish didn’t have same calendar in that time.
Sorry for the geek stuff lol. However F is totally capable of choose a date he likes or a horoscope he likes lol

I think the Echo World has the same time measure as ours. I mean, the reason is called Echo World is because their world is a reflection of our world (or a echo) but with magic on it. By this line of thought, I would assume they live in a copy of our solar system and same time measures.

Echo is not a exact copy is a warped disorted sound of the original same that a mirror is inverted. Hardly doubt the supernatural world will have a Roman empire and a Catholic religion adapted of its calendar. Then half of world follow a total different calendar even moon based

I have to agree on not all parts of the world follow the Gregorian calendar. We use Gregorian calendar at home with imprints of the lunar calendar on it. Though I know for universal and business aspects they all follow the Gregorian calendar though. Example:

I am From Galicia and like in Spain official follow Gregorian. However, as a weird Celtic custom the moon movements are part of a pagan tradition. You should do this in full moon and prepare crops in crescent. etc… So in a way my grandmother taught me following a pagan old than Roman empire calendar

I get what you’re saying, and you definitely have a right to state your opinion. Personally, I don’t like the LT, but I have characters I made for other games that would fit well into the LT, without it feeling really squicky. A few examples: an insecure type, desperate for happiness, drawn to A’s strength and N’s kindness, who knows in their heart that A’s a lost cause (there’s no reason to believe otherwise, really); a character who isn’t one to bend to society’s rules and truly wants a poly with both of them, but doesn’t know how to approach the topic with either of them (and isn’t aware it’s not an option!); a character who is much like A and repressed as hell, but already has feelings for A but enjoys N’s laid back ways (I mean, there’s a reason A and N are best friends, so it’d make sense for an A-type detective to take solace with N while ignoring/repressing any feelings for A despite already having it bad).
Those are just examples, but my point is I can see instances where the LT doesn’t feel so… icky. Or rather MCs who would work well in the LT without them seeming to lead anyone on. My guess, though, is that, since the LT won’t get resolved into much, much later in the series, the ‘relationship’ with N won’t be getting in deep as quickly as an N-only romance, since a choice has to be made, at some point, instead of the MC just ending up with N by default, simply because A’s a tightass. So it makes sense that it’d be the last romance to resolve, even after M’s and A’s paths, which are already set to resolve late in the series.
The funny thing that sticks out for the LT, to me, is the fact that it made me realize N is the one anyone should be drawn to, initially–provided there’s an attraction there, and this is coming from someone who ranks N as my last choice (personally) for a LI. N is open, caring, supportive, and the ONLY one on the team who wants to tell the detective the truth because they are the only ones who understand the fact that, keeping someone ignorant of danger is NOT an effective way to protect them. F is pretty close behind on that, but N’s the only one who really gets it. A suffers from Rebecca’s “I know best” syndrome (combined with ‘it’s my orders’ BS), M couldn’t give a rat’s ass about the detective and doesn’t want to be bothered in the first place, and F… is basically the ‘kid’ of the group. N really is the easiest romance, not just in that the detective can get in deep with them the quickest, but in that N is so easygoing and caring, so it’s easy to get swept up in the flow of things with them. Throw in that N is hot, just like the other three, and N is the path of least resistance (with F a close second). So for a LT MC, there has to be incredibly strong feelings for A from the start or enough of an attraction that feelings get stronger and stronger for A as time goes along that the MC pointedly ignores or denies because “N is the good one and definitely a better choice than A.” Of course, another choice is to just play as an asshole who enjoys stringing people along and gets off on their pain. shrugs
As I said all depends entirely on our subjective opinions in how and what is fair on a relationship. That’s what made interesting the situation. For me truth is key concept in my life whatever it takes. So if I want a poli relationship I will tell them directly to face. For me anything else is lie and cheating. As you are looking for a guy while seen other without them know about it. Poliamory is based in trust , consent and truth. You can’t be that lying about everything.
So for me, and I insist is for me only, I can’t see any way of not cheat and lie same time. Due my personal connection between Truth and Cheat.

I really admire those who can RP. True that I have different MCs for each route except for LT but above all else, I can’t, for the life of me, create a MC who is oblivious to liking two persons or mean MC or an evil MC. All of my MCs seems to share some of beliefs, like no stringing people along and indecision in terms of relationships.
In the end though, one of them will get hurt and I don’t want to do that to A and N.

That’s why I won’t play the LT. I have characters that would fit in it, but I can’t stomach it as a reader. I put my characters through enough hell–I don’t need to add to it with the LT. I may play through when all of the books are out, provided I’m not dead by then, but I’m not even sure about it then, either.
There’s enough agony in romancing A alone (and though M is ranked lower on angst, I find his path more angsty simply because we know he doesn’t give a shit about the MC and won’t in any significant way for a very long time and, despite my MC with him being much like him, it’s painful to stick her in something so drawn out and that stays meaningless for so long). Throwing in the agony of hurting either N or A just seems like needless torture, of them and of the MC (unless I play through with an asshole, in which case I’ll hope she gets killed, lol).

To be honest I can rp in games(which mostly comes from my love for create a character games ), but I still have a hard time creating a mc for love triangles in any game that feature them. I think that mostly comes from my personal dislike for them(The Hunger Games kind of messed up any like I can have for them.) and the fact that I believe that if the mc can’t chose between two people and decides to keep the love triangle going on for months or years then 9 times out of 10 they don’t need to be in a relationship.But usually if theres a good reason for the LT I bear with it.

When I saw that mc will also be dating N while liking A that’s when I felt the situation is kind of…icky. I think the author can pull it off but if the scenes in the ask @Meira_Litch posted happens then I think cheating(at least emotionally cheating) will be a issue(since I think even a oblivious mc will know that if someones stares at them and holds them then they probably have a crush on them), but I also believe this is the author’s choice so I think it’s her choice on what she want to do with her game and I’m pretty sure many people(me included) will support her nevertheless.(this isn’t as long as I thought but i’ll still keep it like this)
