I hope before it gets that serious with N, there will be an opportunity for serious, adult-type discussions about the difficulties of a serious vampire-human relationship.
I have no expectations for such a conversation on the other routes.

I don’t think it’s necessary to discuss that before there are feelings. Some MCs may already know they love N (ditto for the MCs with the other vampires). Emotions typically aren’t things you can just decide to put on hold until a discussion is had about whether things could work out or not. Either you feel it (or know you’re on the way to feeling it) or you don’t.
Still, I think that conversation will crop up with most of the LIs, really. N, definitely.
I have a feeling that that topic is one of the reasons A behaves like they do. To fall in love with someone at first sight, and realizing that that person will be gone in a blink of an eye, couldn’t be easy. Honestly, I think discussing the MC’s mortality will be one of the necessary steps to move things forward with A. And A may feel it’s a damned if you do/damned if you don’t situation: turning the MC would solve the issue of mortality, but turning them may also kill them sooner. Cue A freaking out… but a conversation about it will be had (probably with A trying to convince the MC and themselves why it won’t work).
F, after losing their mother, is another one that will eventually think about the MC’s mortality. I think F would be the one most likely to encourage the MC to be turned so they can be together forever.
The only one I can see never thinking about it is M. M’s not the type to think about the MC’s mortality until the MC is dead, nearly dead, or in danger of being killed. And then, they react, they don’t talk. From what Sera has said about them, having deep discussions about feelings or relationships isn’t their thing. So it will likely never come up unless the MC brings it up.

The MC’s “early” death would definitely be one part of the conversation, but there are other things I’d like to see discussed as well. For instance, the MC will age; the vampire won’t. Besides any issues this may or may not cause in the relationship, it’s something people outside the relationship would notice (I assume the supernaturals don’t normally hang around one place long enough for it to be an issue). There are other things to discuss too: children (not possible biologically, I assume, but adoption is on the table), how often the MC and RO will even see each other (permanent posting to Wayhaven? MC leaves Wayhaven to follow the team?), and other semi-normal couple stuff. I assume N would be interested in and thinking about these things (as would my N-mancer). Whether the game cares about addressing these things at all - guess we’ll see!

I have no idea why it wouldn’t. Wayhaven vampires aren’t undead, they’re aliens. In fact, it’s easier if you stop thinking of them as vampires and just categorise them as a variety of fae, which is what they actually are.

And, to help a bit, here are some asks about children. Basically, a human can procreate with vampires (or any supernatural), and will have human children. The only catch is human-born vampires can’t have children with other vampires.

My guess would probably be because the person and the vampire would ideally be in love and want kids. Unless you mean why even make it possible in the lore itself, in which I do not have an answer to that.

It must have to do with a form of population control,
a lot of vampire related fiction has some sort of thing to keep their numbers in check, depending on the author writing it.
Like in the Vampire Masquerade Bloodlines, the vampires are dead beings but procreate by biting. If you want to turn someone, you have to get an approval and the consequences from not following that is death.
Can’t have everyone and their aunt Carol be a vampire, it would mess up the food supply.

Hybrids would be way cooler, I agree. Seems like the MC and their mutated half-vampire blood would cause some kind of hybrid child, which would be cool.
Of course, all of my MCs would go for being turned vampire once they and their RO are solidly together. Which removes the ability to have kids (which is fine with all but one of my MCs, lol).

I like pure Vampires. The whole ‘Half and half’ when it come to Super natural aint much my thing. Beside…kids 
I can barely handle them and tolerate them in a Sims game lol sure like hell, I aint gonna damn my MC willingly going to have Kids!

I don’t think we’ll ever get to see that, though, since the MC is destined to be human till the end of the series.

It is, isn’t it? A with an immortal/vampire MC could make for some hilarity. I think my A-mancer would do things just to tweak Adam’s nose and get him to have hissy fits.
