Well, trust me, it is not always a blast to be tall.
I mean, I am 178 cm (which is 5’10 in feet and/or inches according to google), that means that I am taller than Morgan (whoes height is 170 cm)… Only Nat is taller than I am, with her 182 cm.
Despite this, I generally like being tall. And, as Marceline said, there is nothing wrong with your height c:

Being as tall as Nate can be super inconvenient. I wanted to be tall when I was younger, but now I’m glad to be 5’6". Chairs are too small, cars are too small, clothes especially pants don’t fit, you always need to get the aisle seat on a plane or in a movie theater. Also, you need to answer the same questions all the time about how tall you are to the point that some people create business cards to explain.

I’ve witnessed all this stuff first hand cause my father is actually taller than Nate. When I saw his height in game, I initially thought ‘Oh, that’s not too tall’ cause I am so used to being around that height XD I also thought it was the most adorable thing ever that he slowed his strides to walk next to the Detective because it takes a real conscience effort to do so. When I told my mom about that detail, she laughed hysterically.

now i wonder how it would look like if i stand next to someone who is 6’4 (I’m probably just up to their waist lol). mind you, I’m turning 21 this year so that means i’ll forever be small
my MC may be a self-insert but i imagine her being at least 5’5 because how the heck can she kiss Nate if she’s only 4’10?! (tbh i just really don’t like my height that’s why i imagine all my self-insert MCs to be taller than me

Heels baby, wear massive heels and have no shame about it. Also, one saying in my country is “the best perfumes come in small bottles” 
Then, I am also taller than all FUnit, except for N. And my self insert detective would make sure to wear combat boots that make her 4 centimeters taller just to go right order Nat

I’m 175cm tall (about 5’9’’ I think), and I always felt very short. I know too many people that are over 200cm tall (6’7’’), even in highschool some people were this tall.
It was a bit weird how N was considered tall at 182cm
Well, 182 is tall for a woman in most countries. I can’t think of anywhere were the average height for women is like that or higher.

This might be the author’s experience perhaps. With a quick google search, it seems in the UK men are averaging 5’9 feet and the women 5’3. XD Probably Sera don’t meet much taller people?

Dear lord, 200 cm… Those people are extremely tall… Are those women or men? Either way, they are tall…
If you do not mind me asking, in which country do you live? (Obviously, you are not obliged to answer this if it makes you feel uncomfortable)
Norway is among the countries with the tallest people, aren’t they? And so are the Netherlands. I thought that Russia was on the list as well, but I am not certain.
And as Meira said, 182 cm is (extremely?) tall for women (at least where I live). There are only a handful of women whom I have met throughout my life that are taller than I am. And I really do not envy them…
How would N feel about being as tall as they are? Oh dear, if they originate from the 18th century, how did they cope with their height back then? Especially Nat. I mean, people have grown taller with the passing centuries, meaning that the average height was smaller back then, right?

yeah it’s the only solution for me. but then i get extremely uncomfortable wearing them which is why i don’t really like wearing heels. I’m just lucky people in my country aren’t that tall

Yes, in past centuries, according to human skeletons, average height of tall people would be around 165cm. So, yes, N was basically a giant for their time.
Oh, I just saw you specifically said 18 century. I think people there was taller. For some reason I always think of N being more in the 15-16 century.
Ok, I just googled it, and still, in the 18th century the average men was indeed around 165.

But, I do have a lot of OCs. Why don’t we just talk about them in a couple sentences?
Robin Hertz- A Romance. Likes sassing them. Pretty dry humor. Mixed race. Has something against socializing in general. Quote: ‘If you’re going to work here, please keep the bitching to a minimum. As I said, this is work not highschool, A.’
Priya- M Romance. Originally an OC from VTM so this was a weird cross over. Struggled to actually play her in Wayhaven, generic character dialogue feels…generic for her. Priya is in control, and kinda just doesn’t care a lot. She isn’t really invested in much beyond being self serving, and helps if other goals coincides. Aims for the information. Information yeah. M is kinda just ‘there’ and Priya is like ‘okay, sex is fine’. Dunno how love is gonna start? The game kinda establishes MC must feel some affection by the choosing point, but I am firmly roleplaying Priya doesn’t. When she’s half dead, and M is there (Morgan, not Mason in this case), Priya is just like ‘Oh hi. Do you have a smoke? All I taste is blood right now, haha.’ Quote: ‘Sorry, can I help you? No? Okay. Then go away. I have better things to do.’
Pierce- N Romance. Kind of an OC from a game I had in dev for a while, and it was a zombie apocalypse game, so lowkey translates. (He’s amazing in Safe Haven). He’s lowkey a wimp? Lots of running and crying and wishing he wasn’t there and why the fuck am I doing this with my life and I kind of wanted him to faint at the vampire confession thing. He’s bi, but I have to play him as gay to get him with male N, because I like him with male N, because Pierce has this issue where he feels he has to step up and ‘be a man’ in a relationship with a woman, which he acknowledges is a personal fault. He’s honestly a total honey, and has a heart of gold, but he’s just so scared all the time, and trying his best, he’s such a darling, omw my poor angel. ;^; Quote: ‘Oh god, that was terrifying. No, I’m fine. I brought smelling salts.’
Annnd those are my mains. I do replay with other OCs, but these are my favorite ones.

N would give a chuckle and probably lift the MC fully into a piggy-back and then walk over to a seat and settle them both down for a snuggle… and more kisses!

I live in Croatia, after googling I just found out we are among the top tallest conutries. I thought its only the Northern countries.
Well yeah its usually men who are taller, but its not an uncommon to meet a woman taller than me.
200cm isn’t such a big deal here, I had friends in highschool who were 205 to 210. It’s not unusual to see a kid taller than you if you’re my height lol
