You will meet John when you receive Countess’s invitation ( or more accurately, order ) to go to her place. If you studied the Forbidden Art, you will meet his ghost there and you can talk to him

John Umbrage is mentioned several times (but due to the game’s non-linear sequence of events and quests, you might not hear of him throughout a playthrough). And yes, you can finally meet him in one of the last sequences of the story.

So I romanced both Rose and Alice and they didn’t welcome the fact that I have another lover, are there consequences for this action ? I don’t want to be poisoned by Rose or killed by Alice or both

Sorry about that. It seems there was a missing scene. It should be working now but, as always, you might need to refresh your cookies for it to work.
We have many different ending states, so its likely that you’ll always have something to surprise you as long as you make different decisions.
There are a few endings that you can only reach if you have committed to a single lover.
There’s a way to escape the building and achieve an earlier ending, but it depends on multiple factors. Usually you have to win the fights against Cassie and James and beat a few Circadians on your way out, and then deal with Juarez and Aurore at the airport.

Did you start your playthrough after yesterday’s update? I think this is either because your browser is loading old files or another file in the host wasn’t properly uploaded.

So, is this game completed or all of this just a demo? For a demo its really long, and also do i will have different plot if i choose to be non merovingian? I already done as merovingian and i enjoy it so much.

The game is playable up to the ending states, but we still need to add more planned content and revise every scene before we can say it is really complete.
And yes, the plot (especially after Theresa’s treason) changes depending on whether you are playing a Merovingian or a non-Merovingian.
