Hey just a quick question, I finished the game on the google play platform but at the end it did not give me an option to save my game/choice. Assuming that there will be a 2nd part to this awesome game, I was wondering how that would work?
P.S. Thank you Morgan_V for the game! I thought the platonic interaction you could have with your “party” was very heartwarming! Thank you also for the Manerkol route. I can’t wait for the MC to have to face him (while being soulmates) and standing up for what she is.
All in all this reminded me of a very intense game of DnD lol
When the second game is released, the first game will be updated with an option to save the game at the end. It works the same with just about every game with future sequels these days, I think. Heard that it’s CoG policy.
@Vox The Paladins exist to hunt down half dragons and gather artifacts, they don’t try and go against the Gods themselves. Plus, not all Gods attempt to have children. There is a lot of lore behind this, and it will be further explored in game 2. I didn’t want to info dump so much of lore from game one so as not to overwhelm players.
@Chaseley-Writes Yes, it has finally been revealed why she does that! Isn’t she so cuteeee?!
@snowgoose I’m so glad you like the MC and their development! And yeah, the Stones are a blast, aren’t they… Before the game came out, everyone was like GIMME MY STONE, and I was dying of laughter every time Now most people are like TAKE IT BACK! And the MC’s superpower is to attract unwanted attention, it is known I could stop doing that if you and @Chaseley-Writes want, though…
@parisgracex You’re very welcome! I’m so happy you enjoyed the romance routes, both poly and solo! I can’t wait to start writing again
@Cyphr Aaw, thank you so much! It’s good to see that you enjoyed the ending(s) and are not out for my blood because I left you hanging
@Elysian Oh my, your ideas do sound very fun And omggg, I’m glad you enjoyed the friendships! I wanted to give players enough time to bond with everyone regardless of who they ar romancing, and I really like how it turned out! I have plans for more of these scenes in the works And GOD, THANK YOU, DOWN WITH MORNIE

I would like to state for the record that I am not amongst those who would like to pursue Mornie. I cheered when my faithful mule tried to kick her, I cheered harder when a furious half-dragon dropped out of the sky on her, I cheered hardest of all when
[/quote] Finally! You got my 100% support on eradicating Mornie, because that woman is and I’ll be glad if she’s dead
I have just replayed the game (several times) to try some friendmamce routes, and I must say that I’m impressed with the differing narratives! All hail author, who took their sweet time writing all those different scenes just to facilitate our wants and choices!
Speaking of friendmance routes, I totally adore all of them. They all kinda make “more sense” to me because the MC is officially some country bumpkin whose PoV is slightly paranoid after being chased out of their home. Morkai and Daelyn’s friendmance routes also stick out to me because they appear sweeter and more patient in their approach towards the MC.
I just came up with a very wild and crazy conspiracy theory. What if the secret secret RO is actually our stone? I mean, I don’t know about other stones cuz I keep getting Agate, but I’d say Agate definitely ticks all yandere criteria, what with it seriously wanting to become one with me and demanding me to give my everything to it
All jokes aside, I kinda legit ship MC with the stone I got, which is Garnet and it’s implied that they weren’t always a stone which makes it interesting combined with them having prime mindfuck capabilities, so I’ll be onboard this train if it happens…
Absolutely loved this, the writing is brilliant and made me laugh so many times, and the characters are really well developed and interesting (though of course, despite being given four lovely ROs I go for the evil guy). I enjoyed every moment and I don’t think I’ve been quite so involved in a story for a long time, this is definitely one of my favourite choice games.
Mornie just needs to work on her people skills, that’s all. She just needs to know that kidnapping someone isn’t how first dates work - she is a good weredoggo
I imagine if you go for a walk… say in a garden… or perhaps zoo, she would really enjoy the fresh air and alone time. So far from what I’ve seen her instincts are very playful and wild.
@felz Omg, a friendmancer! FINALLY! Everyone is choosing the bold/shy flirts, so I’ve gotten almost zero feedback on the friendmances It really did take a lot of work to make what is essentially two different romance paths, but I decided to keep at it because I truly do like the way friendmances go. It’s a milder, less thirsty option, it gives you more time to get to know the ROs, and the characters themselves are allowing the MC more space in that route. SO I’M REALLY GLAD YOU ENJOYED IT!
@snowgoose@Chaseley-Writes No, of course I wouldn’t… ~whistles innocently~ Also, @Alicia_kun that is actually a very interesting theory The Stones really are a level by themselves on the yandere scale…
@Minnaloushe Soon? I can’t give you an estimate this early on, I’m afraid. As for the number of books, I know that there will be at least two more, currently heavily leaning on there being 3 more. And omg, to be accounted among one’s favorites is humbling THANK YOU!
@lynossa The guide is complied based on the final build of the game, the official release. I haven’t actually taken out anything romance-wise, the content is the same as the demo… Which scenes are you referring to, exactly??
