Just got my first $1,000 from MMM for completing the 40 page outline. 
Progress is going well. Episode 1/25 has been approved, and Episode 2 is in review.
The story will mostly stay the same as the original, but we’re adding in lots of flavor choices, as well as some background art and visual effects.

It’s actually quite possible that Tales will have gender and name customization this year, but we’ll have to wait and see.

Just went to a Christopher Paolini (the author of Eragon) book signing. This was one if the coolest experiences I’ve ever had.
Me: “Do you hate the movie as much as we do?”
Paolini: “Well, there’s something called a defamation clause…so I thought it was delightful. :D”

Good news: the first three episodes of MMM will likely be coming out on Apple in November. Tales is in the middle of an update to their code that will allow for gender and name customization, so MMM will not have a pre-set character!
