Ah, the most painful part of this story :pensive:But it will definitely get better in book 2… Well, at least will be better when we finally get rid of certain annoying woman :rage::hocho:

Btw. I remember the author said that MCs on the cover represent revenge and reconciliatio. Who is who?

 Still going back and forth on buying this one after perusing the WIP thread. Not so sure about being executed by the person I’d chose as my RO. Trying to figure out if I should just wait for the second book… hmm…

I picked this one up a long time ago when it was just a WIP. It was so good I actually stopped reading and decided to wait for the release so I could read it all in one go.

The day has come! Congratulations on the release!

Since I know people read these threads looking to see if they’ll buy, I encourage you to give this a shot.

I never saw the WIP but the story coming together at the end and the ending is one of the best in CoG. Hats off to the author.

Dear Christ.

I love CoG but this is the first time I’ve ever fully wept reading one. I had some FEELINGS at the end of that.

Ha ,
I loved the WIP to begin with but let me tell you I cried all over again!
The additional parts from the demo really flushed out the story. I liked the leaf end saga but never got to really love Aunt Bes as much as some of the other cast. But with the complete game I just got all the right feelings!
I appreciated that we got a little more time with the cast.
The additional Eli and sister content was also enlightening :face_with_monocle:

The writing is superior but I was not expecting anything less from you. There was a part where the Textmarker for someone talking was missing when Leo said something if I find it again I will report it but no luck so far.

This was the first wip I ever read and it got me hooked on ifs. Book one was amazing and bittersweet it left a fuzzy feeling in me for weeks >~< , book 2 is looking to be even better! I can easily say it’s one of my favourites. Congratulations on the release!

I have a question about the game, as I just picked it up. The 2nd choice screen, about where you grew up, only let’s you choose the first choice “…a rundown countryside inn…”. Is that supposed to happen, and if so, why are the other choices there? Just making sure it wasn’t a bug. Thanks!
