Nobody will be forced to eat poo at any point during this game. There are fruit trees. And bushes. And wild game. And even if there was nothing of the sort, why would you immediately go for the poo?!

You could be the world’s first insect politician.
The Fall was a confusing time, so much seemed to be happening in so many different ways that the data was impossible to interpret or even record.
Add to that the fact that the Upper Brain has no sensors of its own, no eyes or ears or any data streams other than the Myrmidons and processes connected to it.
But it has had a long time to think. Perhaps in time it will have a more conclusive picture of exactly what the Fall was, and what it all meant. Perhaps in around 46,000 years?

Some of the upper class dishes no doubt come close, in taste at least, maybe appearance and texture as well, if we’re unlucky, poor Lord Flash. 
Like I said, I wonder if it’s gonna be happy with Thinker droid Flash, or if Thinker Flash is the only one connected to it at present, which would make him the only sensor and data-stream it has, poor Upper Brain.

So… does the Forge save the data it collects locally, or is there a Flash blueprint stored on the cloud? Could the MC upload themself and have a copy made somewhere else?
I wouldn’t be surprised if some nobles actually did serve crap because ~it’s a delicacy~
Rich people eat weird things.
If the MC’s the only source of new info the Upper Brain has at the moment… that makes a Thinker Rebel even better - especially if they’re heavily influenced by Radjack and company. If history’s written by the victor… and the only one writing it is… y’know.
…what would a history book written by Radjack read like, anyway?
Also, swerving here, but who’s most likely to write friend-fiction?

You mean the stuff they get out of the Civet Cat. I’ve had the displeasure of having it, once, during a business trip where politeness meant I couldn’t refuse. In short, yeah, the sort of thing old, rich people tend to like for some inexplicable reason. I probably need to get both a lot older and a lot richer before I’ll understand any of it. Then again, I don’t even like coffee, it tends to make me hyperactive.
So Mara, if there’s any path where Flash droid is more or less forced to consume highly questionable foodstuffs and where refusing them means a grave, social faux-pas, it’ll be the “noble” path. Fortunately for Lord Flash he’s really a machine, unfortunately he apparently has fully functional taste buds, so while he won’t get sick or poisoned, it’s not going to be pleasant either.

…and that thing’s a cat (not directly, but in the ballpark.) Cat crap has parasites in it - they cause toxoplasmosis, which is associated with crazy cat lady syndrome…
With the above in mind, and the below…
…plus the fact that, historically, different types of animal poop have been used for lots of non-food things (makeup, for one) by all types of people…
…and considering that most of the animals/diseases/parasites we’ve met in this universe so far are varying kinds of messed up…
You know what? The behavior of the nobility makes a crapton more sense to me now.

Or I will fetching so much wine that nobody will thinking in eating crap also i always could offer slaves to have sex orgies like in rome and everyone happy… Mara is thinking if launching commoners to a piranhas tank could be a good amusement during card games

Ok, so at the risk of flying too close to the sun, I have released an update to the Rebel path. You can now finally meet the other Rebels. The ones who prefer to sit out the violent bits. They’re a fun bunch.
I’ll be prepped and ready for the inevitable bug-reports. I have gauze, morphine and buckets of sawdust ready to go.

Yup. There is more in my notes, but I don’t think it’s ready to go yet. That is in fact the end of the demo. I’ll go ahead and clarify that.

I… I get the morphine and gauze… but what is sawdust for?
Do you put sawdust on wounds? I feel like that’d be… well, bad and a cause for infection.
Maybe I’m behind on medicine. Maybe sawdust flakes are the new leeches.
Anyway,
I really enjoyed the update! It was nice getting to meet all the other rebels. I love Engel’s sense of humor (mainly because my MC apparently forgot to put on clothes… whoops.) Also Nira and Navi are fantastic. Especially since you can see that they care for Flash ergo the MC but also not really realizing that the MC is different from Flash. It’s neat!
One little error (I think) was right here:
If this is talking about Engel, shouldn’t it use the ‘zhe’ form instead of ‘he’ form?
Also, on the page after that It said
If that’s the end of the update then I think that there’s another scene on your scene_list or something because that comes up instead of the end of the demo.
Either way, I loved it!

Holy cow, this felt like taking a fresh swig of water after traversing through the dust coated deserts~ I will be sure to savor it! ( I love Navi already…but I also love Radjack… Such is the dilemma of my heart
