You have a father. Regardless of your relationship, that’s family. If you’re having issues with your worth as an author, you can’t deny you have worth as a member of that family.
Not to mention, as an author, you do more than most people when it comes to painting an image. Better yet, you’re using choice-script to do it, which takes no small amount of coding skill.
Even if you’re going through hard times, even if people are criticizing you harshly over your own work, you had the skill and imagination to put that out to the world. That takes courage.
Are courage, skill, and imagination worthless? No. I think you are worth more than you give yourself credit for.
