I picked Jess because when I mentioned my Goddess Shadi, she smiled at me. Won my heart forever.
10/10 would have a servant put to the death for her again.

Wait thereās a dragon rider class! How do you get it?
Someone say Dragon rider? I wannabe one!
There is no such thing as too much Jess development. Jess is already the last of the love interests from LH1 that our MCs meet and the other candidates already had their chances to make an impression.
Jess has been the most mistreated of any of the companions. Jess was framed and expelled from the Academy by the previous Archmage when all Jess had wanted was to discover a way to restore the soul of a soulburner. Jess sacrificed a part of her own soul to save that ingrate Peter from a deadly stinging insect without Jess knowing if she could ever recover that part of her soul. People throw rotten vegetables at Jess even when she hasnāt done anything. Merely staying in a peaceful village in LH1 was a novel experience for her as she hints at having been mistreated elsewhere. I think people have treated Jess as if she were evil for so long that she has started to wonder if they were correct. However someone willing to risk not just her life to protect others but her soul is truly a special person.
Wizard is the most popular class and it is my favorite class as well. Jess is the companion that best understands a wizard and the Academy. Karla was actually my second favorite, but I could never forgive Peter/Petra for how Jess was treated. Whereas Gill/Gale robbed her own party members in LH1, lied about it, and then robbed citizens even after becoming Royal Consort. So both Gill/Gale and Peter/Petra are not viable love interests for my MC. As for Theo/Thea, this companion may have physical appeal but that is it and getting drunk in the MCās bed is unforgivable though still not as bad as Gale/Gill or Peter/Petra. Bran/Brinn is somewhat interesting as a person but my MC would never desert a love just for political convenience and having met the others earlier, my MC would be unlikely to still be single.
@Lucid I wasnāt sure how to answer question 6 in the poll since so far as I know, a MC cannot start as a wizard but has to start as some other class before going full wizard. So does that count as leveling Single Class? Or is it Multi Class?
Also, Iāve been wondering about the position of Royal Consort. Is that position actually short of being married? I remember when Karla as Royal Consort tells her parents that she and the MC are dating and I was wondering if being Royal Consort meant they were actually already married.
I usually pick Gradi or Emaline for stats and job {I can usually get max sword with Gradi quickly plus access to the dark knight} plus knight gives so many stat bonuses so I think I pick Gradi more.
I almost always knight +thief+ magic or Assassin+thief+druid
Ro: Jess>Gale>Karla>Petra>Theo
Necromancy is my most used prestige for obvious reasons.
I usually go good in the first part for the weapon bonus but neutral to evil after.
I have never lost on accident {I always have 100 magic and sword soā¦} I usually lose to save the red knight.
I usually do Petraās for vampire power{shame I canāt do the same with Gale, I have no love for priests{or clerics} but I need to be able to rule forever} though otherwise itās Jess.
I always summon demons but never focus on it. Demon summoner just being a title instead of class just makes me not want to do it especially compared to other prestigious classes.
Yes, taking wizard as soon as you can and till the end would be single. Similar to Cleric/Ranger/Druid and others that donāt start right away.
As opposed to taking Wizard and Thief, or some other Multi-Class Combo.
Huh, figured Dragonrider would be the most popular prestige class because dragons, but I was surprised to see that Necromancer was second highest at 45%. Especially since only around a quarter of players say they mainly play Evil/Very Evil playthroughs. Not at all surprised about the RO options though, always figured Jess/Jace would be most popular. Kinda crazy to realize that there WAS this much variety on top of all the crap thatās gonna be in LH3. Donāt even wanna imagine trying to code or write all the possible combinations that normal players, and then us min-maxers, will try to do.
How do we get to Dragon rider class? If this has been answered already I appologise.
Itās a little daunting. But, I want choices to matter.
I guess thatās why each successive part is larger than the one before.
a stable feature would be nice in LH3ā¦ though not an important one if it adds too much effort on you @lucidā¦ itās just that memories of my tourney horse i trained and brought up being sold because i had a dragon was just too painfulā¦ haha. wish i couldāve kept him in the castle or atleast be there when my dragon catches a stinger in the neckā¦ hahaā¦

Royal Consort; the wife or husband of a reigning monarch, as the dictionary goesā¦ Though I donāt recall there being a wedding at any point during LH2: I suppose that might be saved for the end of part 3 or somethingā¦
So, do the MC get the chance to influence how such romantic connections are formed? I mean, it would be pretty awkward if I find Theo and Karl, whom I always thought were straight and had been BFFs with for about at least 3 years (Karl longer), suddenly start to make outā¦
Iāve played with all classes with all adoptive parents all Prestige classes all lovers and their personal missions I have done everything but keep playing because I love this game and now I have exactly 256 saved games that are waiting for the third franchise game
Seriously though, how do you become a dragonrider also what are the perks of being a vampire.
Get 60 Arcana,History and Geography as well as a high relationship with Lord Tovor.Heāll show you a cave, you go in said cave, and that is it.
Vampires get +5 stats in all ablities and can get an extra +3 in various skills if they choose to feed on certain people.
You can also choose not to feed for a +10 endurance, while forfeiting the chance to become a vampire lord.
Is that a prestige class?
It will be a new class in the next game.
Two Words: Freaky Sex
I agree. I donāt want it to seem contrived.
Spoiler Alert!
None of your companions will hook up with existing companions. Also, not all of the romances will end in traditional marriage. Some will just be together in an unnamed relationship of unknown depth, which I think is more natural and realistic.
The Non-MC romances should add a nice layer of depth to the NPCs, which is nice.
