I’ve been hard at work on the demo and I think it’s going pretty well. So now I can finally answer some of your questions.

@Boman19 Yea there will be Humans you can romance! You can’t be Human since you’re gonna be a Fallen Angel.

OK well I’m still working on idea’s for what kind of powers Fallen Angels have(I think its really important I figure this out cause otherwise they’re just Humans with wings x) ) and so far I’ve worked out that they have dominion over the power of luck and can grant fortune or misfortune upon anyone you wish. I’m still meditating on other powers and if they’ll fit in the game but what I have worked out is that the farther you are on either side of good or evil the stronger your powers are.
That is beautiful!i was also wondering if it may be possible to make this angel sort of a god? In the eyes of the humans! :3 an evil/good god or indifferent god, say for example, influencing humans, their moralities/beliefs!
I do most certainly LOVE the idea of this game! I sincerely and greatly hope to see a working demo in the future >_< ,my heart broke so many times seeing so many other good games go dark…please be the light in the darkness!

Thanks that means a lot! I really will try to keep this up and not go dark on ya’ll. I’m working hard on the demo at the moment but I have to warn you it will be a bit of a wait before I feel comfortable opening it up for people to play. As for making yourself a god that will only happen if you’re on the side of Iblis. If you’re evil and seeking Iblis’s help in destroying Heaven he will send you on a series of tests and one of them will be converting a certain famous pair of cities into worshiping you and your evil ways. If you’re trying to redeem yourself you wouldn’t even try to make Humans think your a god as it would only anger Ialdabaoth that your stealing his followers.
Please disregard my comments of the powers your Fallen Angel will have in the previous post. I thought it over and none of that will work. In fact I need some help from all of you to give me idea’s for possible powers that a Fallen Angel would have! Anything?
A fallen angel…hmmm performing miracles? Both good and bad ones? Hmmm healing/pestilence…causing great fires such as volcanoes or forests fires or etc/ growing nature like trees or increase abundance etc… Also! I would think that perhaps, if the angel were to follow neither iblis or lalddabaoth he/she would make herself a deity in the eyes of the humans either knowingly or unknowingly? Like people will deify the fallen angel even if the angel simoly wants to protect and nurture humanity or cause chaos for his/her own means not affiliating with iblis whatsoever :3
What about transformation. … like if we were some ugly demon and wanted to romance humans I may want to look like one…for a time
@Marethyu I admit, I know very little about angels, but here are some rambly ideas:
-Some kind of “reveal true form, blind everyone around you” thing
-Flying, obviously
-The ability to confer blessings/protection onto people? Or the opposite, some kind of curse or hex
-I think angels have weapons? Flaming swords and things like that?
There’s also the fact that the main character could be super old. I bet after all that time, they would’ve developed some useful skills, right?
Or, if you don’t mind coding a whole lot extra, you could give the player a choice of what power they want? Like, shape-shifting, or telekinesis or something. That way they wouldn’t be overpowered, but it would still be interesting.
Angels by default have the power of shape shifting and flying obviously so that’s already set in. I like the idea of conferring blessings/hexes on people @Ossifer! Perhaps after reaching a certain percent of good(for blessings) or evil(for hexes) you will gain that power.
As far as weapons I’m still working out whether I want to have your weapons keep their heavenly properties(ya know flaming magic-y cool stuff) or have them be stripped of their divinity…
I think you should keep the sword…but it gets stronger with your good
And angels- should have the power to control peoples thoughts/ read minds

Now that’s an idea. See my original plan was have your wings change as you progress along the paths of good or evil but your sword can too! Yea I was thinking about that since you mentioned Jedi mind trick x) and I’ve decided it makes sense.
Do the wings change via allignment?
Can they change to dragon wings if you go far enough to the devil side
Flaming swords? It sounds okay…but ive come across too many angels with flaming swords already >_< how bout a lance? Or to make things even more interesting, a bow or even a sythe? :3
Yes wings will change with alignment. Your wings will become leathery like a demon if you go far enough toward the side of Hell and yes I guess that is sort of…dragon-y.
Your weapon will be depend on what Path you choose (you’ll understand what I mean later) but whatever it ends up being it will have heavenly properties. So far the possible weapons are Longswords, Twin Swords, Spears, Throwing Daggers, Bows, Scimitars, Holy Staff, War Staff, and Claws.
