I’m a frequent foregoer on TvTropes, and I naturally update the pages of stuff I like. Including Choice of Games.
Unfortunately that only includes stuff I actually play, so I can’t promise to update the sparser entries on the page.
Well, a lot of the empty folders are games that just weren’t very popular. I think City in the Clouds and Eerie Estate Agent kind of bombed, for example (we don’t talk about either very much on here, either).
