I’ve noticed that there are a few of these type of COA cropping up all over the forum, based on a military leadership/subordinate type deal going on and such. I don’t mind it to much, and I suspect this is due to inspiration for one of my favorite Hosted games trilogy, the Sabers/Guns of Infinity
My question to you is will we be seeing any of those elements from those games being implemented into your story arc and gameplay. Or have you not thought that far ahead on that subject as of late.
Either way, I am wondering how it will turn out when a demo is released, soon I hope haha.
Out of curiosity wik we see the cia anywhere in this? Or any intelligence agency? If not thats understandable and actually you coukd give the mc the choice of being in a specific branch already but was only in for 3 years because of there M.O.S. (job they did) but you may know that if your username says anything about your past job. If not do remember that infantry contracts in the army and marine core are generally 3 year contracts. I know because i mysef signed that contract but anyways just a suggestion. If you do need another helping hand in thinking up ideas i would love to shoot some your way even if you dont use them i feel like this could really go somewhere.

@Kyle I too am a huge fan of the Sea of Infinity series and we will try to put some aspects of them. @Tristin_McComas thanks for the ideas when I meet up with my buddy we’ll see what we can do. But one major reason I want the MC to have a Guardsman background is bc in their story line in chapter 1 u’ll be called out with ur actual unit bc I imagine that the city has a national guard armory plus I want to make this really realistic and honestly in most scenarios the national guard will be the first actual units on the ground
Sadly no even though that is a good idea honestly the universe I’ve created for this game is so large I could possibly create another series about the partisans behind enemy lines
