~Shifter: Can change their shape and appearance to disguise as other beings at a given time. Shifters vary widely in appearance.
~Corrupter: Corrupt the souls of those in their presence, and are able to use this to their own advantage.
~Reaper: Have the ability to manipulate the darkness around them. Reaper’s generally wear the traditional reaper hooded robes.
~Torik: Mischievous demons that use dark illusions to trick unbeknownst souls. They look very much like goblins made of shadows.
I will definitely add the Mutes, but I’m not 100% sure on the other two yet.

@Generikb I would say that the Shifter can already do that, so id rather not make a new demon type for a similar thing.I have never come across red moon rising before so I am unsure on that. As for cheats, they May be available in a similar way to beast within on repeated playthroughs.I shall read through the thread in a moment to catch up on unanswered questions and also to recap on previous discussions!
I suppose lighters could be seen as opposites to reapers, but their purpose in the demonic society does differ completely. Ill explain all this in the demo…if it comes out…
And as for Talons, I’m not quite sure which demon they resemble? If it is canems you are thinking of then I May need to elaborate on their differences more.
@Dark_Stalker. I can already see how you will fly through the game collecting souls in the greatest, most creative way!

@BlazedStorm I see how you misunderstood me about the type of demons I was talking about and shifters the ones I was talking about can peer into the minds of mortals and take on the form of specific people in that persons life also can you go into the bodies of the souls you have collected and use them to collect more souls and also can it be like the Eragon books where you like Galbatorix you can use the method he used to take over the eldunari except you do the same thing to demon souls that you’ve captured
I like all three of your new demon types, but the mutes are definitely the better choice if you’re only choosing one more .
@Generikb I’ve never read Eragon so I am unsure as to what you are suggesting there.
@Doctor I have decided to keep with the mutes for now and see if I can squeeze the other 2 into it later on. I may well come up with other types before then anyways. Thank you all once more for your feedback!

I have Eragon, Eldest and Brisingr (just looked in my Book Collection), but I guess I never read them. That’s now on my to-do list!
As for progress, I’ll be tight to release for Christmas I’m afraid. I can send out the first part where you’re in the UnderWorld,. There’s a fair do to explore there, but ‘Breaching the dawn’ isn’t as complete as I’d hope it to be yet. So unfortunately, I don’t reckon you will be able to go to the surface tonight xD New Year’s maybe? Boxing Day? meh, I’ll see. I’m a lazy procrastinator, don’t kick me yet…

Sorry about the inactivity; personal issues.
In terms of progress, I was at a stand still, as I have built a new PC for Christmas but was unable to transfer all of my files onto it until now. I figured I’ll tell you where I am up to. I’ve drafted all of the following, but am at various stages of coding:
Character Creation and Customisation - 100%
Prologue - 100%
Chapter 1 - 80%
The Underworld - 75%
Chapter 2 - 15%
First Town (Westhoughton) - 50%
Once all that is done I’ll post a link to play. After that, with school resuming tomorrow, I probably won’t have a lot of time on my hands 
But hey, that’s life. I’ll be sure to post each update until around Chapter 5 or so. After that, I’ll complete the game fully before I update the link maybe? I’m not sure yet.
