I completely envy your ability to create such a uncanny atmosphere, where there’s this lingering tension in this otherwise seemingly peaceful world with your spouse?
The way I reacted toward A, despite all instincts telling me, BAD TOUCH I still really fell for this person. It reminded me of my first relationship actually. Like everything is perfect, they’re so perfect, a little too perfect.
To the point where I would turn a blind eye to their flaws; when A describes accidently crushing a bird because they were upset that it wouldn’t stay with them forever; I like to believe my MC was thought “OwO crushing a bird cuz it was gonna leave you? Wow, precious bby I’ll never leave you, you must of been in so much pain uwu” this kind of thought process was very similar to how I was like with my first relationship. Everyone told me they were crazy and fucked up but I didn’t listen cuz I was too blinded by my love and maybe even obsession of them being my first ever partner.
Not sure if this was asked or if you had plans already or just dismissed this idea entirely, but it would be interesting to have the choice for the MC to react/have thoughts towards A’s bird story. But I also have second thoughts on that because it’s kind of a shock and it makes sense for the MC not to react to this out of the blue confession plus it creates a sudden urgency and triggers the flight or fight and even freeze response.
Lol sorry for that long message, I was just spewing ideas the randomly pop out of my ass.

As perfect and charming as Abigail/Anthony is, I do NOT trust them at all. I want to, but something makes me think that the MC was going to leave them when they got into the accident and that they’re not telling us what actually happened. Another thought is that both MC and spouse died in the accident and are now in purgatory together OR the spouse brought the MC back from the dead. None of these are things that haven’t already been said but whatever. Idk what is going on but I cANNOT WAIT to find out!

True true I agree but the truth can set one free. Mc may want time to think about the truth or if A dosen’t tell us we may be more upset with him because he was lying to us. So I think that the truth may be better.

It can also hold one back. Depends on the “truth” we’re talking about.
While I would certainly prefer A is truthful to the PC, maybe it’s better that way. Living is easy with eyes closed (that’s John Lennon btw). A may think that the PC can’t judge them for what they don’t know. Hence the lies.

She comes across to me like someone that would “love bomb” you at the start, but turns cold the moment she doesn’t get the expected response.
In short I’m afraid of this lady. A hot lady, but jeepers gang! I’mso gonna skiddadle outta there.
