I’ve begun work on my new game Rise of Vigilante: First Year. In it, you play as a college student. Managing your time, resources, relationship, and career.
After the pandemic, everything changed. Powers that exist only in comics have become a reality. Now you have a choice to make a choice. Will you hide your powers and live as an ordinary college student, or will you put on the mask and protect the people of La Grar.
Currently it’s about 1 Chapter, I already finish one path of this story. I just need to polish the plot holes before working on other paths.
Note: My goal is to create a semi-realistic world where people’s reactions, the consequences of your action, and the challenges of living with superpowers feel believable, it isn’t intended to offend or target anyone.
Will this story be more angsty or more light-hearted?
Just finished reading the story, I’d have to say that there’s quite a few problems, chief among them being some minor spelling mistakes
As always, I’d suggest to make some of the scenes longer, still, the premise and story is pretty good, keep it up!
Thank you for your review… I’ll definitely keep that in mind. My goal is to make each power feel distinct, and if I find that I can’t get them enough depth, I’m open to reducing or restructuring them
I appreciate the support, I want to finish before I graduate. There will be delays on this project but I’m taking this seriously. A lot of my friends have been encouraging me to keep going, and I’ll try not to disappoint everyone.
The game currently won’t progress past the screen just before you move forward to 2030. No error - it just has the little loading bar in the bottom right of the screen.
Good day everyone… Here’s a quick update on the progress of ROV. Progress has been slow because of my responsibilities at school, I’m currently sick and have been experiencing dizziness since Tuesday, and we’re still monitoring whether I have dengue. I only added a few words to the game recently. I hope you can still give me your insights and feedback whenever you have time. I really appreciate everyone’s patience and support.
