I bought A Tale of Two Cranes, and it asks me
to log in to “access this part of the game”.
I am logged in, i even went into settings and signed out to re-login. Same screen when I try to play.

This would be best to report to support (at) choiceofgames (dot) com, including your payment receipt for the game - they will be able to take a look for you.

This actually might be a site-wide problem right now, I’m having a similar issue. Doing code reading rather than just playing through, but the site isn’t recognizing that I own Blood Moon. Not to dispute that emailing support isn’t the right move just like, this doesn’t appear to be an individual account issue.

Ah, I have the same issue. I reset my password linke 10 Times and even tried switching to the browser (I am on my phone right now) but it’s not working.
Even though the games I own are recognised in my account.
So I will sleep a night and check in tomorrow and if the problem is still there I will report it officially.
