Really? That jelly line does seem inappropriate then. (I could have just about seen Prodigal saying it but she was odd).
Suggestions are fantastic. I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to discourage you from making them. I thought we were just having a friendly discussion. Your views are certainly valid.
I do think it’d be great to play a game where we get to choose our powers and where those powers have a significant impact. I just know how much of a headache it is to implement that sort of customisation.
I think the main games all have a tendency towards vagueness in people’s descriptions.I’m not sure if that’s a stylistic choice, a result of the existence of gender-swaps which mean it’s just easier to be vague as opposed to writing out two different sets of description for every gender-swapped pc, or just chance.
You’re right. Good character description can aid immersion.
Looking at the above picture, trying to work out who everyone is. I can see Taylor, Carl, Andrew, Haley, (and I presume next to her is her brother), and Colin there but I’m not sure about the other two. And looking over the game again, you’re right there’s not much in the way of descriptions.
(Anyway it’s telling me I’m posting too much on this thread so I suppose I’d better behave and let someone else get a word in edgeways).
